It also looks like the House will be much closer than anticipated.

I don’t think if they win Nevada they need GA at all. Except to silence Manchin.

Sp because elections aren't called until right when the polls close, you think we need to change the rules?

with 94% in, Warnock is 49.2% and Walker is 48.7%.

Doesn't look like it, looks like a repeat of 2020, with a run off on 12/6, and Warnack will win.

the 2% that voted libertarian, they voted libertarian because they didn't want walker.

Most will either lay out or vote for Warnock. So I predict Warnock will win.

Indeed, and that it is not happening is a very bad outcome for the GOP. They had everything going for them....except Humpty of course. Inflation and crime, and those two telling issues have not produced this foreshadowed wave.

    Ho ho ho.

And I really do love that Kari Lake is getting thrashed, and nice to see Humpty's Dr Dickhead behind, but close.

prior to covid, it was mostly the right that voted absentee, only now has it become an issue

I am fine with requiring votes to be notarized, but the right was against that in the past, they seem to be more welcome to it now

More or less, that way no one could say 'election denialism' or anything of the sort. It's fair to everyone. Or at least to have a universal designated time when everything's announced.

I think this election tells us one thing, and it’s not a divided country. The majority who hate politicians are fed up.

By all accounts, Republicans should have run away with the house. At this point, there’s not even a guarantee they will get control. If they do, it’s by a handful, not a couple dozen.

What failed policies? Inflation is higher in Brazil and UK, both conservative governments.

Clearly, inflation is a world wide phenomenon and not a Biden phenomenon

The Infrastructure bill and the IRA and Chips bill are resounding successes

ANd no way are repubs going to win all those seats.

I prefer accuracy over speed. Too close to call happens more often than you are imagining.

Did you know results aren't finalized until weeks after the election? It's media drivel that keeps driving the narrative that elections need to be called by midnight.

I think we're pretty divided, as shown by maintaining a Split Congress. The partisanship has never been higher, as I feel like even if Biden brought us into nuclear war, the Democrats would still have the votes. This is the power of the New Progressive Century.

The Republican revenge is out there and it's coming on strong. There is that chance the Trump is moving forward to winning the Presidency and if that happens, we as a nation will lose what we have and that's the end of it. Our Democracy and freedom will go away and we will be told what to do do. Abortions will be banished and possibly be put into a constitutional amendment. All abortions will be banned permanently. Gay marriages will be banned and much much more. That's all I will say until next time.

I do love the 'tiger in the room' analogy. MAGA wanker tells me there is a tiger in my room, and it is invisible, thus explaining why I can't see it. So, I suggest that we put powder on the floor and then we will see the tiger tracks moving around in the room. 'Oh no, you won't,' says wanker...'it is far too light to leave any imprint.' Righto, we'll leave some food, tigers love food, and we will see the food disappear. 'Oh no, you won't,' says wanker.....'it is a really magic tiger and does not need to eat.' And on........there will be nothing on offer to assist the wanker prove that his tiger is in my room.

On what basis will a vote for Dr Moron solve your problem with the telling of lies, given the idiot spruiks...........lies?

And I'm upset about it. Fetterman is unfit for the US Senate. At least with Biden, it was hearsay and rumors. Here, it's a known fact that the man is ill at health! And yet, half of my state ignored the necessity of the moment and put him into power.

Partisans are divided. People just living their lives are shaking things up. Republicans should have run away with this.

Meh. The entirety of Congress is wholly unqualified to serve the people and uphold the constitution.

I’m watching Fetterman give a… well, he’s trying to give a speech. Oh he’s awful. How ridiculously bad did Oz come across? Oprah, who introduced Oz to the world, campaigned against him.
