Ya we know, "we have a quarter tank, Nothing to worry about. plenty of gas" The art of Hyperbolics And continue to miss it
US furniture manufacturing has been on a slow decline for YEARS from competition from Asia and the Pacific.
So if inflation does fall and the economy gets back in gear and Biden tries to take credit you will call him on it correct?
For the finance and commerce and energy committees it is their top priority and they have announced some of the first intentions do you not listen to or read what they say?
I know math is hard but we're at nearly 3/4 full so, yes, plenty of gas Get a clue. You guys throw out numbers without regard to reality.
Well, since inflation IS falling and the economy is OK, yeah, I will give him credit. You do realize that inflation is worldwide and the US is doing a LOT better than most. The point being that all your nonsense of "Democrat policies" that got us in this is pure nonsense.
JFC I just paid $2.85 a gallon YESTERDAY. You know that Opec crude (which Russia is a member) is wayyyy down right now right ? Down from a 3month high of $103, to todays price of $78 right ? Thank you Joe Biden And WHY are you ignoring the current driver of inflation which is China on lockdown again ? (Supply Chain) Here is. Great article that explains more, but the idea that Biden had control over any of this (other than the supply of money) is just ridiculous. https://www.forbes.com/sites/george...cause,inflation today: the supply constraints.
AHHH so now it's getting better suddenly the President CAN do something about it........................gotcha
Wait I thought the President wasn't responsible for the price of gas why are you thanking him? Because it is our monetary policy that is the main driver of inflation. His energy policy, his spending policy, his business regulation policy all have an effect on the economy and inflation. He is the President and responsible along with Congress to manage our economy on that monetary and fiscal policy to mitigate the effects of the rest of the world so we are with those countries at the top of the list of lower inflation, being in the middle is not mitigating excuse.
Because you are blaming him Which monetary policy, and be specific, is it that is driving global inflation….. Please explain how any president can mitigate the effects of global inflation when we are a service economy. Seriously, explain it to all of us how our Service economy can be immune, and even limited from global inflation if we import everything we buy
Please explain how 2,700 folks now without employment can find comfort in your defense of a train wreck of an economy. I understand the knee-jerk reaction to defend all things Democrat, but first convince those who no longer are employed. Attack energy and the snowball begins
It's not "defending" anything. You, on the other hand, need to attack everything that is "Democratic" even when it has nothing to do with Democrats. If someone gets a splinter you're going to try to blame Joe Biden.
Well, the left had their time with the last President. so at least let us have our fun with this retard
So you say, so you believe If he is as you believe then he's certainly the first politician with a halo
I fully support the democratic process. As for the Democrat party, and Democrat policies; they hurt the common folk
Again, you keep blaming Joe with no evidence that his polices created it, other than “he’s the president”. You also keep dodging that inflation is GLOBAL, and that we are a service economy. I have said for YEARS, that a service economy is not sustainable long term, and it is the core issue. YES Democrats started this with their “free trade” agreements, but BOTH sides have sustained it thru their policies since the 90’s. Then you also have to accept that Trickle Down economics has been the main factor in this current round of economic pain in America. That “service economy” is built on the backs of people that are at the bottom of the economic food chain, and thus, more social spending is required to keep the economy moving. This is proven out by the fact that while the average American makes less money today, due to inflation, yet the richest among us are outpacing inflation. The you can add that 6 of the top ten richest people in the world are in America, and those 6 peoples wealth is greater than over half of the the entire population of America (approx 165,000,000 people). That is not sustainable in any economy. And can we please stop with the “war on energy”. If their is a “war”, how come energy companies are all posting RECORD profits ? You cannot have record profits, if his polices are “hurting” your industry.
Yeah, math It hasn't been at that level since 2009...no complaints until now. Odd. Another point: since you felt the need to point out that a year ago it was at 621 million. What was it the year before that? 656 million. The year before that? 644 million. The reserve is just fine and doing what it's supposed to do.......and gets replenished all the time. It's not like they are taking out and not putting anything back. Sidenote: How come no one is concerned about the FACT that Tucker Carlson said we would be out of diesel fuel by Thanksgiving and we are just fine.
ahh, so once the EO's were signed, and EPA regs and fees more punitive, the meteoric rise in energy was just a coincidence. Feel free to review the simple chart of gasoline prices after full Democrat control began. The price of energy impacts all segments Or, keep your head in the sand and continue to defend Democrat policies that hurt the regular folk. I'm sure the recently fired folks will find some level of comfort in your support of all things Democrat carry on
the question is.... will the republican give Biden credit or admit it was out of his hands the real issue is the fed raising rates, global supply issues after covid, artificial supply issues from big oil, droughts, bird flu and the war in Ukraine how does the Republican House or Biden "fix" those? will take time.... and I would stock up on canned food as it's gonna get worse before it gets better
....what I asked. So if inflation does fall and the economy gets back in gear and Biden tries to take credit you will call him on it correct? So you are saying the President can do nothing about inflation right? Why don't you listen to them? Why? Maybe we need new leadership at the top that doesn't just throw their hands in the air yelling don't blame us and nothing we can do as they run off.
Being Biden, being old, not being Trump. If Trump was still in office the headline would be "Patriotic Furniture Company Deporting Thousands"
