I hinted that I was pulling for DeSantis and it didn't go over well.

You're going to have to explain to her that Trump has no chance of winning in 2024, that he lost the election fair and square and that in the end he's just a loser.

    Good luck.

Yeh yeh — the left control everything and the right isn’t responsible for anything, ever.

Seems to be a trend. If republican politicians are so incompetent that they have accomplished zilch why should anyone vote for them?

I’ve always referred to him as a fascist, well since he started using the power of government to attack businesses, organizations and teams that dared speak out against him or his policies.

But y’all support that as long as it’s for your team.

Guess you don't know how primaries work. If Desantis is smart, he won't badmouth Trump at all. Trump will badmouth everyone, that is his nature. They all will discuss how inept the Biden Crime Family has been. In the end, whether it is Trump or DeSantis, an America 1st leader will emerge.
Look at the Republican candidates, all of them. They represent all of America. Look at Biden......one tired old man who made himself rich by selling out America.

    What did I just say?

I just agreed with you and you have more examples of how republican politicians are incompetent idiots.

Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign launch melts down in Twitter glitches

The start of Ron DeSantis' much-anticipated presidential campaign launch was beset by technical disruptions on Wednesday as the Florida governor kicked off his bid on Twitter in a conversation with Elon Musk.
    https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/20...VJU1WLaOaB1zh5pVdfypVokkIbwrb/eU/H26etTwBAAA=

A rather clumsy launch...and his ideas are not in keeping with current times. Like Trump..he is a throwback....

No, you were being sarcastic and when you discovered the corner you painted yourself into, you try to flim-flam your way out.

I'm glad you said that. It affirms my conviction to support DeSantis in the primary. Either way, I love the two choices to mop up the floor with Biden.

His ideas are absolutely in keeping with the times, he has seen tremendous success with Florida as evidence of this. Reality is, change is happening and it doesn’t matter how much people dislike it..,it’s happening regardless. You can’t stop change. And the future is more right wing than the last 30 years.

DeSantis does not have the burden to say the 2020 election was rigged. All he has to do is address how the FBI CIA and DOJ have been weaponized and that must all change.

On election day 2020 I went to bed with Trump ahead in the states he needed to win. But then, like magic, at 2:00am all these votes appeared for Biden.

You saw what the left did to get Trump out of office or to cripple his presidency and a lot of it came from the people who overthrow governments and rig elections in other countries. I will go to my grave believing there is no way a guy who has no expertise in anything, sniffs kids, gropes women, who was accused of rape, who lies incessantly, who didn't campaign, who has a history of plagiarism, and has numerous racist comments caught on video and who's a segregationist got the most votes in history.

If DeSantis does this, it will solidify the victim image Trump wants to portray.

And the MAGA will rally around Trump even more.

Imagine denying anyone to get out of a failing school and into a better one. Well, you don't have to imagine, democrats are doing it. The teacher's unions control too many politicians and Weingarten, that nasty bitch, said she would start caring for students when they start paying dues.

And another thing that should be mentioned are the dozens of schools in Baltimore and Chicago who have ZERO, None, zilch, not a single kid doing math or reading at grade level.

No — I wasn’t being sarcastic when I said Republican politicians stand for nothing, represent nothing, accomplish nothing and thus… they are responsible for NOTHING.

I love this chess game with Republicans.

If the federal government is blue is the Democrats fault. If the federal government is red they blame the state. If the state is red they blame the city. If the city is red they blame minorities.

    It’s fascinating.
As to school choice, it will likely cause some demographics to rise while others to fall — the goal in many areas seems to be changing the educational landscape from liberal to conservative and in practice it seems the same things that cause success or failure impact both equally.

They have some merit as long as they are implemented correctly and not done so just to shut down public education.

Didn’t you just blame red states? Why not Biden and his education secretary? Or how about the time wasted teaching kids about all this gender crap and how blacks are victims because of white people?
