This was your own statement. You said that, by me supporting the 14th Amendment, I was attacking Trump and his supporters. If you would like to change your position, feel free to do so. Trump doesn't want to abolish the 14th Amendment, he wants it enforced as the Founder's intended.

The Supreme Court got it wrong in the ARK case. No case has ever been decided on the issue of illegals having anchor babies. Maybe they'll get it right this time....the ARK case is no more right than ROE was.

 

DACA didn't violate the Constitution. And Trump does want to abolish the 14th Amendment. And it has nothing to do with what the Founders actually intended . . . we basically had open borders under the Founding Fathers. Homework. Give it a try.

 

DACA should as **** did. You can't legislate from the Executive Branch. That's exactly what DACA does. But since Obama opened that door, I hope Trump slams it shut in the left's face.

Immigration isn't "invasion." We had open borders at the time Article 4 Section 4 was written. Anyone who wanted to immigrate here could do so by stepping off of the boat or over the border. Get a history lesson. Maybe you will get a gold medal for being the first Trump supporter to do so.

Immigration needs to be offered in an orderly manner. We need to know who we are letting in and why they are coming here. We have no need for more criminals and terrorists. No country in the world has open borders and a welfare state for the illegals other than The United States.

We also need to make sure that our local community schools and infrastructure are not slammed with more people than they can handle.

It's been argued that the children of illegal aliens born in The United States aren't "subject to the jurisdiction thereof..."

 

It's never been successfully argued in court that this excludes the children of illegal immigrants . . . especially seeing as we had open borders for most of our country's history, so there wasn't really a concepts of "illegal immigrants" at the time.

 

So far, no republicans I know want to eliminate the 14th amendment. Nice straw man though.... It's funny how much imaginary BS you folks believe it true...
