Of course it hasn't been "proven" because he hasn't gone to trial yet.

But given the charges in the documents case out of Florida you would have to be blind not to realize Trump is guilty of every charge brought against him in this case.

When looking for the needle in the haystack is much easier to do that when you have a few hundred needles vs. 1.

 

What is the National Archives limit on how many documents they let slide? Biden possessed 30+. Is the limit anything under, say, 50?

Is illegal possession of one document just as illegal as possessing 100?

What Trump is charged under is 793(e). He isn't charged with HAVING the documents, he is charged with not turning them over when asked/subpoenaed. A search warrant eventually had to be issued.

As compared to Pence and Biden who turned them over when they were found.

 

No they are not.

But they are far more than just "claims" of illegal activity. They are claims that have been backed up by evidence shown to a jury of ordinary citizens that have voted and decided that there is sufficient evidence of a crime and that the defendant committed those crimes. There is a reason why over 90% of Federal Indictments result in convictions or plea deals.

 

Actually, they just claims. Hence the saying "you can indict a ham sammich".

Missing dads aren't unique to black people. In fact, white people are about where blacks were 40 years ago in terms of single-parent households.

When my senior high school students saw the stats by race over time, it was for them the start of understanding how a number of social and economic trends are damaging the nuclear family, and how black community families are getting the worst of it. White families suffer from the same trends, just not as often.

As far as I've read the archives knew something was missing but not exactly what. If they have a top secret document that references others that can't be found you have a problem. Also, if the others are minor and unique there may be no desire to stage a hunt or even to know of their existence.

Do you know why rich kids go to great schools? Because their parents understand that it is essential for their kids' success.

The AA community needs to make going to great schools a priority, as well, just the Jews and Asians did, and this starts at home. If 20% of the AA community has achieved this then so can the vast majority. Their culture needs to prioritize this.
