Launching attacks using civilians against civilians from civilian locations and then blaming the other side for deliberatly targetting civilians is a lot different then using Palestinians to negotiate and having them stand in front of stationary vehicles to deter attacks.

One important thing your link shows is that when evidence of inappropriate behavior is found the Israeli soldiers are convicted by the Israeli courts. That is how a functional society works. No-one is perfect but the Palestinians don't do barely anything to stop their home ground terrorists. Thanks for supporting my point.
