It's NOT CONTEXT. Here is the context :

Sura 9:122 - "And it is not for the believers to go forth [to battle] all at once. For there should separate from every division of them a group [remaining] to obtain understanding in the religion and warn their people when they return to them that they might be cautious."

Sura 9:123 - “O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you”

Sura 9:124 - "And when a chapter is revealed, some of them say: "Who has been strengthened in faith by this?" For those who believe, it increased their faith, and they rejoice."

As we can plainly see the subject matter of 9:122 is military tactics regarding troop strength. 9:123 is a command to attack infidels who are near you (who dwell around you- Dawood translation) And 9:124 talks about reding a new chapter of the Koran and increasing faith.

Both 9:122 and 9:124 HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH the jist of 9:123. There is no context involved whatsoever. Another Fatiha Muslim lie debunked.

Not even in Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan, do the Muslims in those countries condone hate, murder, rape, pedophelia, or slavery.

You need to travel to the region, because it's clear you're not going to believe people who've been there, and people who live there, when they tell you your misinformed.

 

Christian terror groups exist in the US, and they're trying to implement Christian law, and trying to force non Christians to follow Christian law.

Response: And we can clearly see, that in every verse, no where does it state for muslims to attack...First. Neither the word "first" or anything synonymous to it, is mentioned, nor can you quote and prove otherwise. Thus even in your own evidence, you continue to debunk yourself.

The verses refer to self-defense, proven by the very context of 9:13 which clearly says that non-muslims attacked first, while you quote verse after verse of muslims attacking, yet not one says for muslims to attack first. Debunked as usual. The deluded argument that the verse is not context fails, for the verse is in the same chapter, speaking on the same topic as the rest of the verse, which is fighting between muslims and non-muslims, thus fitting the very definition of the word "context". Thus you've once again proven that it is your ideology that is degrading and violent, not islam, since you persist on making what is clearly peaceful appear to be violent. You should quit while you're behind.

Funny thing about Westerners... no matter what bias they bring to the Middle East, after a few years the see the people, the culture and the traditions in a different light.

 

I had the same tranformed opinions by the time I left China in 1986. Growing up, I was told the Chinese were a less dangerous version of Russia, but still out to take us over nonetheless.

After living with them for about 6 months, Ilearned that they cared about the same things my folks and I did. Things like how good the kids were doing in school, paying the bills, dealing with heartache, sadness, joy and triumph.

In the defense of Americans...it's hard for them to recognize the people of the Earth to be the same as them because of the isolation. I would probably subscribe to the fear from propaganda if I hadn't traveled out side the US, or had a higher education. I'm sure I'm going to be called elitist for that

I just exposed him/her and found out that he/she knows nothing about Islam.

This statement comes from someone who studied Islam all his life, and is actually a descendant from the same people who actually invented Islam, and live in the most religious country in the world.

 

You keep pointing to the absence of the word "first", do you have a relevant point? FIRST the 4 sacred months passed ,THEN the muslims attacked. First many tribes stopped paying Zakat, THEN the muslims attack. FIRST they do not believe in Allah, THEN the Muslims attacked. You only demonstrate the absurdity of the typical muslim view that slaying the idolaters is ok because first they are given a chance to repent.

 

You dont learn about Islams history by living with muslims. Islamic Caliphates that ruled from 632 to the 1920s likely came before your period of living with Muslims.
