I can certainly agree with that , Marine1 ,,, but in any labor contract that I ever saw is a clause that specifies 'management rights' ... and it's a BIG umbrella for the Company to do
whatever they want , so I don't see the Unions as being the bad guy here ..

You'd to well to grow a thick skin , since you're a Union man , with good and bad experiences , I've experienced them my own self .. pf has a lot of bells & whistles , sort of bewildering to a newbie , so if I can help , let me know ? I think you'll be ok ...
