      Go to sparkpeople. Once you balance your diet, you will feel better in every way. My sister lost 40 pounds with nutrisystem and kept her belly (lost everywhere else). I lost 26 pounds at sparkpeople and my belly is flat. I followed the rules and they work. I weigh less now than I did when I quit smoking.
