Neither am I. Maybe the police will release earlier photos that are clearer but the footage of the video is not that bad and he does not appear to have taking a beaten even if they had cleaned him up there should be something.

I don't think they were telling fibs, I think that they wrote down what Invader Zim told them.

Blood on the face - could have been Trayvons... he was shot you know...

Not killed... but raped frequently... He should have stayed in the car as he was told to by the Dispatcher...

Are you trying to claim Z changed his clothes before that video was taken? Before you do, please note the police report states he had on a red jacket when the first cops got to the scene of the murder.

He is pursuing a running target. Chasing, following at a fairly brisk pace, whatever. Lets not play the semantics game. He is pursuing him which is not a very defensive act.

Tell us again how Reuters invented "white Hispanic" to be used to describe criminals JUST
    for THIS story???????

(the reason for repeating this is to prove to everyone this is the kind of poster that REFUSES to admit mistakes even when he has been proven to be 100% wrong)

That is true. Donglock actually claimed Reuters invented "white Hispanic" specifically to fan the flames of racial injustice. When it was proven they did not invent the term he then claimed they used it in a new way to describe criminals. When it was proven it has often been used to describe suspects he still refused to admit his liberal media conspiracy theory was utterly stoopid.

In short, his posts are the opposite of what this forum is all about.

Oh, so there was no chase, but a following. Was it illegal for Zimmerman to follow him until the police arrived?

You are seriously wasting your time expecting honest dialogue from that poster. When one of the authors of the Stand Your Ground law said Zimmerman did not qualify because he followed Trayvon, Donglock actually tried to claim there was no evidence Z had followed Trayvon. That's correct....he actually said "no evidence" even with the 911 tapes.

If you can show me that Reuters used white Hispanic to describe criminal suspects and people of interests, then you could counter my argument that Reuters invented the term to describe Zimmerman. So far you found one google hit of another news agency using the term. Go for it.

Where did this "broken nose" get injected into the story? Or is this just the strawman youve chosen to slay

Thank you. Really. I truly appreciate you actually trying to continue your claim that has been slammed 17 ways from Tuesday.

    Reuters didn't invent the term.

They didn't invent using it in a way to describe suspects. It doesn't matter if Reuters used it 10,000 times or not even once. The fact is "white Hispanic" has long been used to describe suspects before this story.

But please, keep embarrassing yourself and proving to everyone you are not even close to being honest with your posts.

Once again semantics. He pursued a fleeing target. A target that had not broken the law. A target that was on PUBLIC PROPERTY. You know the places we are all legally allowed to be. That is an aggressive act no matter how you want to spin it. Is it illegal for him to follow him? No it isn't. Does it allow him to claim self defense when he was the clearly the pursuer? Pretty sure it doesn't. Pretty sure a good prosecutor will eat his attorney's argument for breakfast in court with that. Zimmerman forced the altercation by refusing to give up pursuit against the advice of the dispatcher. Once again following him is not in and of itself illegal, however the fact TM wound up dead because he followed really hurts his self defense case. A judge will want to know if Zimmerman could have avoided the altercation. The answer is yes he could have easily, but he chose not to and a kid is dead because of it.

That came from Zimmerman's lawyer and friends that have been speaking for him in public and was published by one of the local papers.

As stated in the OP ... Zimmermans' attorney now has no comment ... this is lawyer *speak* that his client is going down.
