Elderly Couple In Fear Over Spike Lee Tweet

Spike Lee, a leftie and member of the left's approved victim class, knowingly and recklessly places people in harms way....and lefties minimize it, deflect from it, and accept his apology.

Rush Limbaugh calls a leftie operative a name....and their heads explode...and no apology is good enough.

Their staggering duplicity is staggering.

 

So basically lefties say this is a non issue and is justified because a black kid was shot?

Putting people's address all over the web who had nothing at all to do with the shooting is ok?

Try as hard as you can to change the topic, which I tho't was against forum rules - and it's not going to work. For one thing, a guy who specializes in the abortion business is very much aware he's putting himself in a risky, controversial business and his name will become known...... now seriously, how the hell can you compare the abortionist to private citizens in their 70's - or any age! - who were suddenly, w/o any warning or explanation were being terrorized by strangers to the point where they had to move from their home?!

You've made it clear a long time ago, Mak, that you don't like little kids and senior citizens, but can't you at least try to understand the terror this couple were going thru? What if this had happened to your own parents? Would you just flick it off and say 'oh well, Mum & dad - get over it. I just know Spike didn't mean any harm, he just got the wrong address and I sure hope you won't think of suing him b/c that would make you selfish. Now just go find yourself another home to live it and forget it......."

Btw, I heard a report about this and according to the law, Spike has set himself up for a huge civil lawsuit and this couple are talking to an attorney.

Oh yes, and Spike offered his 'apology' to this couple thru tweeter....WOW! now that takes real BALLS for a guy to type out a few words to the people who's life he turned upside down .... let's not get on national tv or better yet, to contact them personally and offer his apology ... nah! the cowardly little cockroach can't do that......

I haven't heard the extent of the harrasment/terrorism this couple went thru to the point where they moved out of fear - and neither did you. What would it take for you, even as a 28 yr old, to finally move out of your home that you'd lived in for decades b/c you were scared for your life?

Since it had already been clearly pointed out that once something like this happens, it's next to impossible to sell your home...... so, an attorney had pointed that out on the news report about this - b/c of Lee's Hollywood status and having 1/4 of a million of Jim Jones brain-dead type of mesmerized followers doing his bidding, he could very likely be held responsible for a home for them where they would feel safe again...... that made me smile and I sure hope that happens........

Well ... really no point in discussing this b/c you have always defended the Roman Polanskis/Spike Lee type of people and have never shown any compassion, understanding and empathy for the more defenseless regular people - like little kids and senior citizens, so we'll wait and see what happens to your beloved Spike...... and I sure hope Karma comes back and gives him a hard kick in the ass........

That is exactly how I look at people like the followers of Lee .... they're brain-dead. they can't think for themselves. They don't have the ability to reason things out . like the fact that many people have the same exact name or close to it!

The person they zeroed in on is Michael George Zimmerman - pretty dam common name, wouldn't ya say? and the brain-dead lunatics got all excited and went to the home of the Zimmerman who used to live there - he was the woman's son - and started their terrorizing b/c Spike Lee told them to do this..... yeah, real independent thinkers, huh?

Jim Jones told his followers he was the Messiah and to drink the poisoned kool aid and they did b/c he said to....

This brain-dead mob mentality is so dangerous b/c these people also have a malevolent streak that runs real deep and some innocents always gets hurt.

Anyway, we found out that Spike Lee has 240,000 followers who don't have the brains, the rationale, the common sense to think about someone's rather common name and double-check, even triple check to make sure they wouldn't be hurting an innocent 'George Zimmerman'.....

And btw, Zimmerman has a wife & kid(s) who would have been hurt, if the brain dead morons had found them.... I wonder if that ever dawned on Lee? If it did, he didn't care......

Big shot Spike Lee wanted them to go after this Zimmerman home and they followed his orders .... like the obedient little brain-dead sheep that they are...

 

There was a bounty on the Zimmerman head and Spike Lee tweets the address? Is Lee supposed to get a pass because he's Black? Or he's stupid? He tweeted it on purpose because it would cause Zimmerman pain. It was a planned strike against him.

Well, despite Mak's beliefs that Spike had no culpability.... Spike Lee seems to have made good on the tweet.


He apologized... tweeted an apology, and even agreed to pay for the elderly couple's expenses they incurred by having to leave. Although no dollar amount was given, it also goes against Mak's claim that "they are just being greedy"


Mak was also saying "nothing happened" but according to this article.... they were harrassed and recieved hate mail after Spike Retweeted.

so mak... you ready to admit wrong yet, or are you going to continue trying to dig up to get out of your hole.... lol

Well, it's good that he apologized and made good on the $ that it cost these people to relocate........ but I still think he's a coward to have apologized behind his computer screen, 'tweeting' it to them.....that's little boy stuff. any other time, he'd be more than happy to make a tv appearance - but not this time to make a public apologize......

Elaine and David McClain, in their 70s, left their Sanford, Fla., home after their address was tweeted by a man who thought he had found the home of George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old who shot Martin, 17. Lee then retweeted the McClains’ address to his followers on Twitter.

The McClains have a son, William George Zimmerman, who is not related to the George Zimmerman who shot Martin and whose arrest is being sought by Martin’s family and civil rights supporters.

“The McClains’ claim is fully resolved,” Matt Morgan, their attorney, said in an email. “Mr. Lee personally called them to give a very heartfelt apology. Further, he agreed to compensate them for their loss and the disruption to their lives.
