As a Mexican American I think he should go back to Mexico.

And everyone using those terms clearly consider themselves Americans.

We expect people to wave the Irish flag on St. Patty's Day. We expect to see the Mexican flag being waved on Cinco de Mayo and even the German flag on Oktoberfest. We don't expect them being flown or displayed when your representing this country.

What if someone proposed very strong arguements that may suggest that illegals could in fact be a net benefit to the United States, would you then reconsider your stance or is your mind totally made up about this issue no matter what compelling new evidence was presented? In other words, is your view purely based on ideaology or are you open to political discourse?

Why is casually holding another country's flag divided loyalties in one case and not the other?

No, 100% American. The "____-" just denotes a person's ethnicity.

So, you are blaming him for the mistakes of his father? He was five years old at that time. The only country he knew was the US and despite it all, was able to rise above the mistakes of his father. If you want to blame anyone, blame the father, not the kid.

So waving Irish flags on St Patricks day is split loyalties?

I do blame the father. But I also blame these kids that are illegal for not having loyalty to this country.
    Again my point

I blame him for being an ungrateful (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) who waves the flag of a hell hole country that he rejected for a better life in America.

What would you say if in California's China Town the school there flew the Chinese flag along with the American flag? Same in these Jewish or German communities? Why is it we only put up with it in Mexican communities? Why is it only Hispanics that think they have the right to fly that flag along with the American flag on government buildings? No other group does it. But of course those other groups came in legally didn't they?

But what do you base that on? Barely displaying another nation's flag to celebrate his ethnicity (not national loyalty) after winning history for and proudly displaying the flag of America?

I can't compete with your awesome ability to read other people's minds and deduce their motivations.

All I know is that he was waving the Mexican flag while wearing the US uniform and I find that offensive.

I have a flag pole in my front yard. I fly the American flag most every day. But on St.Patty's Day I also put up my Father's Irish flag I got when he died. I also fly the Marine Corps flag on their birthday and Veterans Day. I fly the Confederate flag under the American flag on Memorial Day.

All are flown under the American flag

    I would say nothing.

Absolutely absurd. Other groups do it all the time. Most notably is flying the Israeli flag with the U.S. flag. Sometimes even above it.

You mean like saying he is obviously ungrateful and loyal only to Mexico? Seemed perfectly "skilled" at reading minds then.

Show me a school in a Jewish community that flies an Israeli flag along with an American flag on it. Especially above it, or with the American flag being flown upside down. That only happens at schoools with a majority of Hispanics.

Doesn't the First Amendment say: I am the Lord thy Country and thou shalt have no other Country before or after me?

Maybe he needs to make a choice as to where his loyalties lay.... with the United States or with Mexico. It they're not with the US, he should be sent back to Mexico. Pretty simple to me.
