How do you make that argument with a straight face? I'm ass deep in Israelis over here including my boss and what they want is Jerusalem and the Palestinians gone. They would happily pay for them to be moved to Saudi or somewhere else, but to say they want to be "left alone. period" is just not the case. Not at all.

An honest answer is that they don't trust the Palestinians and want them out of Israel.

About the Obamdebacle in Libya, about the "47%", and now, about this.

He should keep it up; the more he does, the more ir exposes the media bias, and the Left's disdain for the actual facts...

I think twenty years ago you could say that, but the Palestinians no longer are even a semi-peaceful people. After the Intifada of 2000 everything changed. You have school kids being taught about war and Jihad. The The Israeli Jews and Muslims are now locked in internecine struggle. Go there and you will see this.

There is no peaceful conclusion to this story.

Ummm...the people who the "Palestinians" voted into office. Hamas. Ever heard of them. Have you ever read their charter? It's not about "peace".

    Here, I'll help you out.

The Zionist invasion is a mischievous one. It does not hesitate to take any road, or to pursue all despicable and repulsive means to fulfill its desires. It relies to a great extent, for its meddling and spying activities, on the clandestine organizations which it has established, such as the Freemasons, Rotary Clubs, Lions, and other spying associations. All those secret organizations, some which are overt, act for the interests of Zionism and under its directions, strive to demolish societies, to destroy values, to wreck answerableness, to totter virtues and to wipe out Islam. It stands behind the diffusion of drugs and toxics of all kinds in order to facilitate its control and expansion. The Arab states surrounding Israel are required to open their borders to the Jihad fighters, the sons of the Arab and Islamic peoples, to enable them to play their role and to join their efforts to those of their brothers among the Muslim Brothers in Palestine. The other Arab and Islamic states are required, at the very least, to facilitate the movement of the Jihad fighters from and to them. We cannot fail to remind every Muslim that when the Jews occupied Holy Jerusalem in 1967 and stood at the doorstep of the Blessed Aqsa Mosque, they shouted with joy: “Muhammad is dead, he left daughters behind.” Israel, by virtue of its being Jewish and of having a Jewish population, defies Islam and the Muslims. “Let the eyes of the cowards not fall asleep.”

Yes, we just need to install spy cameras everywhere to know it. Since if it is getting recorded - Mittens has completely different opinion....

They want the Palestinians "gone" because NO ONE CAN COEXIST with the Palestinians. They like to use Israel for their INCOME, and then leave bombs lying around in nightclubs, pizza parlors, on beaches popular with families, etc.

Jordan took them in..remember? I suppose how that turned out (see: "BLack September") was "Jordan's Fault", right?
NO ONE CAN GET ALONG WITH THE PALESTINIANS. They are CRAPPY FARMERS,and MISERABLE NEIGHBORS, WHO ARE UTTERLY INCAPABLE OF SELF SUFFICIENCY.

Spare me the nonsense; Jerusalem was the City of the Jews, THREE MILLENIA before islam ever existed.

Tell Jordan and Syria to give back the land they STOLE after the 1948 war, to the palestinians.
That's who has "their land"; not Israel.

Israel had NO PROBLEM with indigenous arabs living in Israel after the Partition; it was the arabs who started the bloodshed. Who can blame Israel for wanting them out, now?

"If you disarmed all the arabs in the Mideast, there would be no more war; if your disarmed Israel, there would be no more Israel." As true now as when it was first spoken.

    See...>>>>><<<<<< "Straight Face".

What...exactly....has the Islamic world ever done to initiate peace or foster Israel's trust? Yep...NOTHING....unless you consider repeated threats to wipe Israel off the map initiating peace and fostering trust.

There will never be peace in the ME.

If one could magically snap their fingers and completely eliminate the Palestinians / Israelis, or even both, there would only be someone else to fill the void.

It's unfortunate that the U.S. seems hell bent on being dragged down with them.

... just my thought on the whole assbackward mess.

And does not change the fact that I am right in saying that the Jews don't want to be left alone as you've said, dear Grok, but they want them GONE. Nor, does it change the fact that both sides are locked and there is no peaceful resolution now...as I said.

I suppose I'm more comfortable with Mitt saying this about a people governed by terrorists than I am about Obama telling the President of Russia that he will have more wiggle room after the election to negotiate. For now, I'll just stick to my guns and Bible and retreat to my bunder till the Fed inflates the country into oblivion with it's recent decision to print money indefinately without so much as a vote from congress.

    HAMAS is a terrorist organization.....

HAMAS formed in late 1987 at the beginning of the first Palestinian Intifada (uprising). Its roots are in the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, and it is supported by a robust social/political structure inside the Palestinian territories. The group’s charter calls for establishing an Islamic Palestinian state in place of Israel and rejects all agreements made between the PLO and Israel. More recently, HAMAS has publicly expressed a willingness to accept a long-term cessation of hostilities if Israel agrees to a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders with Jerusalem as its capital. HAMAS’s strength is concentrated in the Gaza Strip and areas of the West Bank.

Obama Ignores Law, Shovels Our Money at Palestinian Terrorists, Then Lies

The Obama Regime always releases the most interesting information late on Fridays, so that it will fall into a media black hole and be forgotten. For example:

President Barack Obama has signed a waiver to remove curbs on funding to the Palestinian Authority, declaring the aid to be “important to the security interests of the United States.”

A $192 million aid package was frozen by the US Congress after the Palestinians moved to gain statehood at the United Nations last September.

But in a memo sent to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, published by the White House, the president said it was appropriate to release funds to the authority, which administers the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Hot Air explains why this approaches treason:

Congress deliberately froze those funds, and not just because of the statehood demand through UNESCO. Hamas, a terrorist organization, reconciled with Fatah and has rejoined the PA, which means we’re putting almost $200 million into the hands of a terrorist organization. The language of the Palestinian Accountability Act could not be clearer: “[N]o funds available to any United States Government department or agency … may be obligated or expended with respect to providing funds to the Palestinian Authority.” Obama literally waived that statutory language off…

Bizarrely, the Obama Regime justifies borrowing money in our name and giving it to Islamic terrorists by claiming they have recognized Israel’s right to exist and have renounced violence. These are brazen lies.

I'm not commenting on who is right and who is wrong, but the reality of the situation which is that there is no peaceful solution because we are past that point where either party will give an inch.

I realize that people want me to be commenting on who is right and wrong, but that was not my point because I don't care. I'm not an Israeli or Palestinian. I'm an American who sees my tax dollars going towards aid in a situation that will be endless. It's like buying a boat or horse, a pit where you throw time and money.

How is speaking the obvious truth "a disaster?" Do you hold that lying is better politics?

Excellent point, but Hamas is not the Palestinian people in toto.

There seems to be some consistent confusion on this matter.

When Palestinian's shoot rockets into Israel and kill innocent people, they are not for peace. You want proof, that is it.
