I am not surprised the the left is making this a racist issue, that is what they do since they view everything through a race filter.

First, someone is talking about voting for a candidate because he/she got something for free. That is called vote buying and it is reprehensible but that is what makes up the core of democrat voters and the reason Obama said they were his supporters back during his first election and why Romney called the 47% dem core voters.

Not quite, skippy. The law was set up for free landlines, which cost a pittance compared to cell phones. With urging from the Obama Administration, the Landline Program, which originated under Reagan in 1985 has been updated to cover cell phones rather than just landlines starting in January of this year. So, it did originate under Obama.

Next time do a little research and don't rely on the biased opinions of people spreading an agenda.
