Yes. Unless you can show where President Bush had specific warning that terrorists will take over airplanes and fly them into buildings, then you're whining.

Wake up. You could be voting for Mao Tse Tung. Or Mickey Mouse. Same thing. It doesn't accomplish anything tangible. Except to help Obama.

    WTFU for chrissakes.

This is not the question...what are the consequences of her 'taking responsibility'....Has she resigned? Taken a pay cut. Announced exactly what responsibility has she taken. So far it is like Reno for Waco...

Responsibility without accountability is not responsibility but simply politics.

The whole 'obama got osama' meme looses it's strength if people find out that alqueda is still out there killing our people after their leader was killed.

    Wow!

Hillary is the only one with the balls to do the right thing in that Administration. I bet she wishes she never laid down with those dogs.

Good for her... it's pathetic that she is not the CIC.

That may happen. One thing this has done is given a path to seperate the crime from the cover-up. If you have watched all the verbal diarhea from such as Axelrod and Gibbs and Cutter, they have tried to confuse the issue with all sorts of nonsense so as to deflect. Hillary just took half the nonsense off the table. Blew away some of the smoke screen Obama was using to befuddle and cloud his screw-up.

I do not understand your post...Just what has she done to indicate accountability? She has not resigned...she has not done anything at all. It is like Hitler taking responsibility for WWII and then quietly going back to ruling Germany to the applause of Nazi sympathizers everywhere..

If she said she takes full responsibility and then resigned immediately I could begin to respect her...a little.

    Did she?

Except that since Johnson was just recently a Republican, the majority of his voters are as well. Which means he will be taking what MORE THAN LIKELY would be votes for Romney. In that case these voters will be helping Obama, more so than Romney. This isn't rocket surgery.

YOu are confused. Let us look to the Sacrament of "Confession". It has two components.

The first is to admit guilt. Hillary will face the music on this, to the extent that any Democrat faces such ...

But this is not about Hillary's following penance. The political anchor here is the cover-up. Hillary just better isolated that point.

Look at it this way ... "OK, I'm a rat". Ball in Obama's court ..........

Its not about Hillary. Its about getting the bright light back on the cover-up in these final few weeks before the election. She just told Obama that she is not a speed-bump for his cover-up bus.

There is simply no responsibility without accountability....no accountability means simply a 'Bad Hillary, bad'...or nothing at all.

OK. We agree. But its not the political issue here. Hillary is chump change in this election. She's nothing, and she knows it. This issue is not about her. She just reaffirmed such. Its Obama. She just focused the campaign issue. Its the cover-up, and she just fast-tracked it. Her "balls" was in saying that she was going to extricate fully from the cover-up, thereby increasing the divide with Obama and the State Department. She is unhitching the horse.

Heck, look at the resulting headlines:

Clinton: I Take Responsibility, but ...

Let's say that he didn't lie. Somehow, his intelligence told him of events that never happened. Does that inspire a lot of confidence in their ability to monitor the Iranian nuke situation? Why didn't they come forward about the false information before others went public? I mean, surely their intelligence was updated at some point, but they didn't actually admit that they were completely wrong, that they ran with information that was completely false until they were forced to by others bringing it forward. Either it was a cover up, or they are incompetent at appointing competent agency leaders. Either way, it is a negative. This is a lose, lose for Obama.

Who taught you to write like that? Was it your parents?

Or perhaps it's the latest fashion in American schools, intended to fool the purported enemy?

The Clintons need to just go away and disappear.Hillary's political career just came crashing down today. If she had any 2016 intentions, she just flushed them down the toilet. And I hope she takes Barry and the rest of this crooked lying corrupt administration down with her.I've never in my life been so disgusted with an administration until this one.Get them out!Get them out in November!:angered:

Why can't Republicans engage in civil discourse instead of blaming others for writing what they would rather not read?

Poor souls. They still believe in Hope & Change, and that he will still lower the oceans and heal the planet. The guy is not a Messiah.Hell,he is not even a MAN.He's just some phony imaginary character made up by the Left but was exposed as fraud by Romney. He has no fresh ideas or plans. He only wants to be re-elected so he can keep the fancy house and the airplane and keep Moochelle and her mother spoiled with $1 billion a year vacations.Paid for by our sweat of course.Time to boot them out in November. He was never ever qualified to be in that house in the first place. He is nothing more than a low life Marxist community organizing race baiting hate monger.

Because so many are spoild brats not worth a second of anyones time. There are Conservatives that can have rational discussions on the issues and can agree and disagree without reverting to childish attacks but they seem to be becoming a rarity on discussion boards these days, a sad fact. I believe the rational ones have been pushed aside and now are embarrased to be asociated with the more radical elements of their Party. The GOP is overdue for a come to Jesus meeting, and I believe they will be doing just that in the next year or two. I hope the rational ones win the day but I have a bad feeling that the Tea Party bunch might take over the GOP and that would actually do more harm than good in my opinion.
