They might as well take off the mask and go all out with their true intentions of a 4th reich fascist party.

Thing is, the GOP tells Fox and Talk Radio what to do...and they tell most of the potential recruits for a "conservative 3rd Party" what to do. If a real movement got started, Rush and Hannity and even Beck would tell their thralls "No, no...this is just what the Dems want. We must change the GOP from the inside" (same rant they've been doing since Dubya and the GOP Congress went "rogue" on spending).

Rigthwing Media (outside of a few "purist" sites like "Thinker") will rally to the Republican Party and defend it from a split....as well as the smarter Righties who know that a Rightwing 3rd Party WOULD be what the Democrats want and that "scraps from the table" are better than starvation.

It's funny watching the DailyKos crowd here fantasize.

Just admit it Liberals, you have no interest in a Balanced Budget or a Budget at all... you just want to spend for your greedy little parasitic selves and screw the next generations of Americans as long as you get to live your lazy little taker lives.

By the way... you dopes lost this thread by GODWIN'S LAW on post #2.

How do you feel about those so called liberals who pay more in taxes each year than most of you make?? Somehow, greedy little parasite selves or lazy little taker lives don't quite fit.

It's impressive that you can put so many wonderful words together in the same sentence. Is there school for that?? lol

Oh cut the (*)(*)(*)(*). That was stupid during the bush administration and it's even more stupid now that the Obama administration has essentially condoned most of the practices. If there's anything that makes me more angry than a severely deluded conservative, someone who has no idea what they're talking about but keeps on opening their mouths, spouting idiotic right-wing tropes that anyone with a shred of basic human decency would recognize to be idiotic... It's severely deluded liberals who have no idea what they're talking about, because it reminds me that the other side doesn't have a monopoly on the stupid factor. Hey, Backtothefront, you see this post?

It's insultingly wrong, right? Guess what I have to say about yours.

Flaw in the logic is that a third party would "Right Wing"... why the hell waste time doing that, it would be the very same as the "Right Wing" we have now. If a true and independent third party was to sprout from the shiat soaked ground that is our political landscape... it would have to abandon the lunacy and self serving corruption that dominates both sides of the political aisle. Forming up a new right wing party would be a fruitless redundancy.

There needs to be a prominant 3rd party in America. It does not need, however, to be comprised of conservative principles. It should instead offer a clear difference to the Big Two

You mean like Buffett who has attorneys on retainer to find every loop hole imaginable to save his wealth and then goes on all of the talk shows complaining that he doesn't pay enough taxes?

    Typical liberal hypocrisy.

It does need to be comprised of conservative principles. What we have now is a far left progressive party and a progressive lite party. Democrats will win because the GOP establishment is simply a lesser progressive party. The one thing that the liberals fear most is a true conservative running against liberal principles. Reagan and people like Reagan result in liberals getting their asses kicked.

That is hilarious... Reagan would be drummed out of the Right wing party today. He was a tax raising , money spending, gun controlling moderate. He would not even have been on the primary ticket. Get real.. lol

Another thing is that you cant have a political party that operates strictly conservative... approaches every single problem is a conservative manner... never a risk taker.. always pushing for the status quo or regression. Its a party destined to fail because it has given up its ability to adapt to new circumstances. There are times when a broad minded LIBERAL approach is warranted when encountering new and unique problems... kinda like those crazy liberals that started this country off so many moons ago. There are times when a conservative approach is warranted when we see a problem arise that we have dealt with before in a successful, positive manner and the totality of circumstances are similar enough to expect the same approach to work.. Getting rid of half the possible solutions in the name of rigid ideology is an exercise in stupidity....

Its like trying to do an engine overhaul with carpentry tools... those tools work great in certain circumstances.. but really suck in others.

"American Thinker" has to be the most ironically-named cite on the web.

Their logo fittingly shows an old geezer who can't even figure out which end to put his hat on.

What a joke of a post. Reagan was in office when there was no conservative media at all. No internet to balance the scales. He had to work with a bunch of liberals in the press and congress was controlled by Democrats. Those tax increases were done with congressional promises of budget cuts which were ALL LIES from Democrats of course. The gun control act was after he had been shot. It was called the Brady Bill.

Ask the Japanese about "stimulus spending".They have been in a recession for 25 years. It never works. Even FDR realized that.

What's called for today is massive cuts in federal spending. I mean real cuts so we can balance the budget and still cut taxes. Put money back in the pockets of the people where it belongs in the first place.

Has Buffetts Berkshire settled that Billion dollars in unpaid taxes dating back as far as 2002 yet? Seems hard to believe someone saying they want to pay more, and then watching them drag out the responsibilities they actually have in that regard.

Please post a plan put forth by a D that balances the budget or even comes close. I can think of two R's that did. Coburn and Paul.

You must enjoy jokes based on reality.. too bad you try and justify all the things Reagan did that you cry bloody murder over now.

1.Did Reagan raise Taxes?... .................................. yes( who gives a shiat why he did it.. in todays G.O.P IT IS THE FORBIDDEN ACT)
    2. Did Reagan exponentially increase the national Debt... yes ( Old Ronnie took us into the trillions for the first time ever!!)
    3. Did Reagan support gun control............................ yes ( I dont give a crap if he got shot.. He suppoted gun control.. according to todays wack job right wing.. any gun control is bad)

You didnt try do deny that Reagan took all the actions of a moderate.. thats a good first step... now stop trying to justify Reagans actions that are considered intolerable by todays neo-cons... he did them.. that is all.

Best of all.. ole Ronnie and his administration gave rise to the wonderful little group called the Mujahideen.. who we now know as the Taliban and Al Qaeda... the gift that keeps on giving.

You've got us. First thing we'll do is make back room deals with Goldman Sachs, GE, Warren Buffett, GM, Green Energy start-ups, wait Obama did all that already. He must be a fascist.
