Your entire premise is fallacy. Put a loaded magazine and a gun 2 meters apart and in the absence of human intervention, the sun will destroy the Earth before that gun ever self-assembles and fires at another living organism. This can be proven statistically. Guns aren't the problem, people are. Cars, knives, hammers, swords, fists, feet, nail guns, bow and arrow, industrial equipment, gravity, etc. When does a person wake up?

32,367 die in auto accidents each year so that we can get places quicker than a horse or bicycle can carry us. Cars pollute the environment and contribute to the decimation of natural resources which horses do not.

What difference does it make how the person was killed? Any person could take a car and ride right up on the sidewalk in downtown Chicago, killing dozens instantly. What difference does the design intent make to the dead people?

Cars kill 3x more than guns and hurt the earth. Why? So you can be somewhere quicker? What about the deaths? You HAVE to be somewhere that quickly? You can't take your time? Your need to be somewhere quickly is more important than someone else's life?

In the mean time, OUR gun fanatic MURDERED 20 kids and 7 adults. . .26 of them in the space of 2 minutes!

And a suicide bomber killed an entire bus of people last month in Tel Aviv.

And 19 men killed 3000 Americans with some airplanes.

Well. . .If that's all you got from the graph. . .and you didn't see any relevance to the HUGE descrepancy between America's crime rate (with and without guns) and ALL the other developed countries (even those who have a higher . . although never has high as the US. . .number of guns in circulation, like Finland and Switzerland) have a crime rate per 100 inhabitants about HALF OR LESS of the US.
