Sheer and utter BS. No one ever said they knew exactly where the WMD's are they knew pretty much where the WMD's weren't. Kerry, Clinton, Madeline Albright and host of other Democrat luminaries also believed Saddam had WMD before Bush took office. And no one has found any evidence yet that Bush cherry picked data. And believe me it wasn't from lack of trying.
