This guy certainly deserves to live out the rest of his days behind bars. Sure, those who contracted HIV from him share blame in the matter, but he apparently knew he was carrying a transmittable disease which is fatal and cannot be cured.

This is what happens when the left continuously pushes the boundaries of sexual norms. Things have to become more and more "dangerous" in order to give them the same excitement. It's like a heroin addiction. Eventually they will become so jaded that they will need animals and children to scratch their xenophilic itch. If "the chick" has a deadly diseases knowing she does and she is having sex with people without telling them how is it their responsibilty she is the one that has it and knows it. Its a felony for a reason.

Interesting since Condoms are not perfect stopping STD's just like that are not perfect stopping pregnancies i guess you consider the outcome in both personaly responsibity by both parties?

If he knows he has a death sentence in his penis he is responsible. Since we 'now' embrace multiculturalism we should chop off his tool and feed it to a pig, then stone him to death the old 'new' fashioned way.

 

Of course it should be a crime, and usualy is, to knowingly spread diseases or put people at risk of spreading them. What the man did is extremely vile, i would even compare it to murder. Since he knew he had HIV and did not inform his partners, there is no excuse.

And this should not apply only to HIV, but all other STDs, and diseases in general. Altough the punishment should vary according to the severity of disease.

 

The difference is this, when you are healthy and have unprotected sex with a stranger you have personal responsibility for your own well-being because you take the risk of getting a disease.
If you're the one who knowingly carries a potentially deadly virus and still have unprotected sex, you are recklessly endagering others. And in that case you have to be punished.

 

Who sleeps with that many people? It seems obvious this was purposeful--- "I have HIV so I will bring down humanity with me." So horrible.
But yes- protecting yourself is so critical.

 

I can see splitting it at HIV/AIDS and other life threatening diseases. But what about HSV2, that is not fatal, but pretty stigmatizing.
