Obama says the House isn't doing its job. I agree. While I'm not passionate for Obamacare, it is the law of the land and the job of the House is to allow funding for laws that are in place.

HOWEVER, that doesn't leave Mr. Obama off the hook. It's funny how he rails against THEM for not doing their jobs while he refuses to do his. He already said he wouldn't enforce laws he didn't like even thought its the job of the executive branch to enforce the laws of the land.

    How nice.

Let's take a gander at this:

    You have a job.

Your job description includes among other things, mopping floors.

You refuse to mop floors because it goes against your morals in that someone will fall on the wet floor.

You then should either, sit down and TALK about changing or amending your job or QUIT the job and walk away.

What you should NOT do is keep being paid to do your job which includes mopping floors while steadfastly refusing to mop floors. That makes you very deserving of the title of HYPOCRITE.

The House are hypocrites because they are being paid to fund laws in place but are refusing to do so while Obama is a hypocrite because he's being paid to enforce laws in place but also refuses to do so.

Either, sit down and amend/change what you find morally reprehensible, or quit and walk away. Don't hang in there like window licking stinkbugs and be paid to do something you are never going to do. It's just sick.

Grow up. Seriously. Get over yourselves. Go get your big boy pants on. This is how things are done in the real world. By adults. Who WORK for a living. Or get fired if they don't.

Their job is to represent their constituency. Not to rubber stamp. If the house doesn't try to reign in the budget who will? The democrats? Since when have they get reigned in spending? Since the last time republicans forced it on them via government shut down? Other then that, please name one example.

This argument is silly. Republicans are not obligated to lie down so Democrats can use them as doormats.

It's too late to wait until you default to reign in spending. Conservatives aren't trying to reign in spending at this point; what they are trying to do is get Obama to negotiate on his pet project, but that is too late as well.

As I said, both sides are to blame, we send them to Washington to discuss ideas, not act like children, but this is exactly what we have. Adult children making hundreds of thousands a year on the public dole with stiff upper booboo lips that are zipped because they won't talk to anyone outside their own petty cliques.

It takes a better person to offer a doormat than it does to offer a stonewall. A doormat can grace and enhance an entryway to future endeavors while a stonewall is a permanent structure that only serves to destroy any future forward progress that might have occurred had it not been erected in the first.

Relationships never get anywhere on silence. Open communication is the key.

The law put in place required Employers to provide insurance to their employees, which Obama has unilaterally delayed for a year. The law put in place contained state mandates that were struck down as unconstitutional. The law put in place was supposed to be self funding. EVEN without these differences, Congress is free to fund or not fund any governmental program. One thing each Congress does not have, is the ability to restrict future sessions of Congress.

Absolutely right. They're obligated is to do whatever the super duper wealthy tell them to do, and nothing else...hence, our current state of dysfunction.
