lol i know right!!!! id figure they would differentiate what they think happened and what has happened, but it seems even after the lesson of the Zimmerman/Martin incident they still want to pretend they know exactly what happened, be the judge and executioner well before all the facts have been let out. Oh and anyone that disagree's with their statement is avoiding reality somehow lol. hell i havent even made an opinion of what went down, all i know is the basics that everyone else knows at the time and with that little info there is not enough evidence to try and even make a educated guess of what happened in this instance.

She ran into a parked car in Detroit before 1AM. Roamed the area for over 2 1/2 hours, and was knocked on a door 6 blocks away. People had talked to her, called for help, but she wandered off. Hard to know what she was doing or saying when she was knocking on this door, so I can understand someone arming themselves before answering it. Sad that it was ever aimed at her face though.
There was no evidence of aggression or attempted b&e so the murder and manslaughter charges are warranted imo. The federal firearms charge is odd unless the actual charge is possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime. Funny that people are saying it is racially motivated before they even know what color the shooter is, no evidence of racial bias has been shown. Everything is not rasissst, no matter how much some want it to be.
