Obama threatens to bypass the democratic process and just sign executive orders to get what he wants.

And probably too many.

But he didn't threaten congress or use the executive order to bypass the will of congress.

The executive order by design is a method to widely interpret laws congress has passed to the liking of the President, if it violate the law, one would hope the Supreme Court puts an end to it, that would be the spirit imo of the constitutional interpretation.

 

I can always tell when libs are on the run because they always get nasty and personal.

 

Like I said bush never told congress to do as they were told - or else.

Obama is the closest thing to a Hitler or Stalin that America has ever had.

 

what about it? all president use executive orders to bypass congress.

 

They are important they do after all get lobbied hard by all sides to put laws into place to benefit interest groups. Carbon emissions, taxation etc. they matter. Unfortunatly they are not always well informed or well intended in their approach, and both sides can claim that.

Hitler and Stalin had camps for their political opponents and ran dictatorships, both were not democratic elected leaders or in the case of Hitler ended free and fair elections.
