Officer Darren Wilson Suffered Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket

If this story is true, then the authorities are incompetent and responsible for all the civil unrest.

The injury would have been evident immediately after the fact, there would have been a medical examination, there would be photo evidence (the picture of the Wilson on the scene with that little smirk on this face sure doesn't look like he was injured).

And yet, if he was injured in a physical attack by Brown, that is a rather IMPORTANT piece of evidence that should have immediately been made public to prove the self defence claim he made.

does anyont think the riots would have happened if within the first few hours evidence of Brown's assault on a police officer was made public?

 

Because laws are handled in a courtroom...........NOT the court of public opinion.

No one is there to prove this cop is innocent..................

NO AMOUNT of evidence would have quelled this crowd

 

The chief stated he was taken to the hospital and had a swollen face. Never saw him smirk and the image quality sure wasn't good enough to examine injury. And yes, all this would still have happened b/c the only thing in focus for that side is a white cop shot a black teen.

Released it via Freedom of Information Act requests.

There IS NO reason to submit evidence to the court of public opinion.

The potential jury pool has been tainted enough.

If the officer is cleared,....I hope he sues everyone up to and including the governor for the inciting.

Back to the robbery: i was initially thinking that if theyd come out and said he was a suspect it would have made more sense.

IMO they should have never released the video or photos of the robbery. That case was closed via the outcome of this case.

They are making a mockery of the justice system to appease people whom have already judged the officer guilty.

 

Well since the two were intertwined i just thought it "looked" like the cop was right in his actions. When i heard about the robbery i thought, "no wonder the cop acted as he did."
