    Republican prosecutors brought the evidence to the grand jury in the first place.

    Rick Perry tried to force an elected official to resign. Oddly, two GOP state's attorneys were locked up for drunk driving while Perry was governor, and he didn't seem to mind. But when a Democrat does it, he tries to force her to resign and then defunds her office.

    Our lead poster here has a brilliant knack for picking up spin pieces out of right wing media and repeating the claims of otherwise obscure right wing front groups, and trying to pass it off as objective news.

    This particular front group is run by the RNC, through a staffer named Drew Ryun.

    And the fact that they had to dig through the facebook page of one grand juror to find something, anything, just tells you what weak beer this is!

    I think that's the point, it's not suppose to be. But clearly this wasn't the case. I mean, even BIG lib's are calling this stupid.

    Go ahead and tell us more about the 'republican' prosecutor. Be sure to include the part about his being accused of witness tampering by a district judge.

    Yes, not to mention...he may have been named by a Republican; but doesn't mean his record backs him as being a real Republican. After all.....he was an Obama nominee for a federal judgeship....and Obama does NOT name real Republicans. His record was scrubbed by Democrats in order for him to be an Obama nominee.....that's for sure.

    You really can't be serious.....the hatred and vitriol directed at Palin by the left must have had Shirley Chisholm and Geraldine Ferraro turning in their graves...

    I remember something I read once... about something that happened 2000 years ago. This person who did good and helped people? He was brought to court, liars appeared out of the wood work and he was convicted of something he wasn't guilty of...

    and now the whole world honors him as Lord and Savior (some not too whole-heartedly, but hey... can't win em all, eh?)

    the entire grand jury is not republican or democrat, finding one or more of either is no surprise, the same will occur in the jury trial, only there it will benefit Perry as he may get a dead locked jury

    An Activist?? I think it means that they cannot be seen as being unbiased. She was a Delegate to the state Democrat Convention, for heaven's sakes!

    According to some pretty savvy and respected liberal lawyers.....like Turley and Dersowitz......it's a ridiculous indictment and as Dersowitz said.....reeks of the kinds of action a totalitarian society would take. The indictment should never have happened.
