Elf if people paid attention to what Vladimir Putin actually says and does, instead of Washington's media version of what he is saying and doing, they would know the problems have nothing to do with Ukraine, it's only a small part of it. Russia is trying to fight the one world order and government Washington wants to impose on the world.

Before destroying Ukraine the Empire of Chaos destroyed Iraq, Libya, and Syria. Now they have used their NGO's which are partially paid for by Soros, to cause riots and destruction in Hong Kong in order to harm China. This is a fact.

 

Elf the problem here is that you think the Russians are trying to rebuild their empire, they are not. He is a Russian though, and I do think he cares for the Russians who are stuck in other countries because of the Soviet Union. Oh now I know what you mean. I don't know that much about Russian history except for the years before the Russian revolution. I ended up on a forum because I wanted to find out what was going on with the Jews in Moscow and what the laws were. I know the husband of Saint Elizabeth the Grand Duke Sergius was assassinated in Moscow because of the pogroms and that he was being falsely blamed for things that were not part of his character. But other than the 19th century I really don't know that much.

Elf if the government in Washington would have acted in a logical way and worked with Russia, rather than thinking of itself as being exceptional and that it has a right to impose itself on others and tell them what to do, things would have been way different. As an example, Russia just signed forty agreements with China on energy, banking, transport, agriculture, space technology and telecommunications. They are also planning on building eventually a high speed train that will run from Beijing to Moscow, that way China can bypass any pressure the U.S. might impose on its shipping lanes.
