Cop lives matter: Another one gunned down in cold blood... by?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and speculate that this slain New Orleans officer was not dispatched by someone named Joe Smith... Yet when the suspect is aprehended, I'm sure everyone from a certain sector will jump to his defense...

My condolences to the family of this slain officer.

 

Which sector would that be?

 

Perhaps this would have never happened if this cop didn't have the audacity to be sitting in his car and minding his own business.

On a more serious note...

Quite sad to see that these cases are occurring more and more (and at random).

 

Let's just say this particular sector takes more than it gives...

 

"At random" might be a clue as to the dynamic driving this. I think that we are looking at the 21st Century version of Shays' Rebellion spreading among people who feel disenfranchised from "the system" if you will.

 

my guess is he was also a male and also a Christian, but that really says nothing.... it's just a thug killing a innocent person regardless of what group one thinks he or she belongs too

the trend for these kind killings is a black person, same way a school shooter is usually a white person.... so there is a trend, but it really goes no further then that

I'm sure Obama, Michelle, Valerie, Loretta and outgoing Eric approve of these cops being murdered.

I'll be fair to Loretta Lynch, she has yet to make any public statements of any sort and she has yet to show us where she stands socially. Though it's safe to say since she's been handpicked by this Administration, her views don't differ all that much from Eric Holder.

Eric Holder had a racial chip on his shoulder that nobody could miss or Holder couldn't hide.

 

Let's put it this way: Like it or not, other minority groups are here. Nationalizing along racial lines, might have been a 19th century construct that's simply no longer applicable. Even if say, I'm definitely more at home here in Leviitown(94% White) than I was in Yeadon where I grew up. Indeed, Nationalism or any form of taking pride in one's home can only mean the nationalization of all US Citizens, as Teddy Roosevelt once proclaimed.

I want to see an America, that's united in name and principle. White Power? By all means. Black Power? Yeah, claim your heritage. But above all: American Power supercedes it. And is 'America' a race? Not at all(even though Caucasian-Americans have contributed a great deal to it). America is a concept in of itself: Freedom, expression, growth. Individuality.

In America, we pride ourselves on our individuality and how our individual components can, at a crucial moment come together. However, I personally hate that it only comes at a "crucial moment", we should be a united country in thought, mind, action All the time. I admire 19th century America, for all of its warts it actually came together more than not.

Today, we've entrenched ourselves in camps and we miss the entire point of what summons us to action: To defend the Fatherland. Divided as we are, we cannot win the war on terror, or any other war. We must unite as one to win. United We Stand, Together we Fall.

It is definitely a sad day for all of us when something like this happens, and in no way is this intended to take away from the act itself, but I have checked several news items, and neither the race of the slain officer or the offender has yet been revealed. I wonder how this information will affect any future public reaction.

 

One must not ignore trends and patterns. Sticking your head in the sand to shield yourself from stats you don't like isn't an effective strategy. Liberals enjoy it though. They're very good at ignoring stats that don't suit their agenda.

I have to respond to one of your other posts but I don't believe cultures are equal, so I am opposed to diversity. Also, I believe in assimiliation and only being American and having our own single culture.

 

and yet you have no problem with Irish, Polish, Italian, German Americans, celebrating and holding onto their culture in the USA?

 

If they speak English and are prouder to be Americans first, I see nothing wrong with it. These groups are assimiliated so there is no problem.

I can guarantee I know the skin complexion of the shooter... It's New Orleans, after all, one big beautiful chocolate city, as ordained by God herself!
