You need to watch the video again. Unless....your bias is keeping you from seeing the plain truth on the video. In which case, you could watch it a hundred times and still not see what is there and instead see what isn't. Your problem, not mine.

You see that concrete thing adjacent to the street? The concrete thing where the officer slams the innocent girl to the ground? That's called a "sidewalk". Glad to be of service.

Armed security officers are not your typical "security guard." They work in very high stress and high crime areas. Again, if you knew what you were talking about, you wouldn't make these types of mistakes.

 

Then there's the fact that the officer didn't point his firearm at anyone.

I would love to see cops leave urban black communities. That would be a large step in the right direction. Unfortunately, your fantasy world where cops don't go into these communities does not actually exist. In fact, it's precisely the opposite. These are the communities where cops spend most of their time venting their rage and power-tripping.

Absolutely agreed. If cops let thug cultures fend for themselves, they'd destroy each other because they lack the intellect and civility to survive. Thugs are utterly worthless to society - be they black, white, Asian, or what have you.

I support a nation where states are free to decide on their own without the federal government butting in. If I don't like it, I can move, if you don't like it, you can move. Thug culture is very different than civil culture. Blacks who embrace the thug culture are rowdy, travel in packs, and refuse to follow simple commands from authority figures. Most of the thugs in the video weren't immediately moving away from the primary scene when told to. And don't blame this on race. I assure you that if these kids' were raised by men like Dr. Carson, they wouldn't be acting the way they are.

 

The decision should not be his to make imo.
The call for the rest of the day off or in house (or counseling etc..) should be either mandatory or left up to superiors not involved in the previous incident.

 

The point is, Law Enforcement is necessary. Why do you think they have security in the "gated communities" that people despise so much. Hell, take a look at every luxury home and they have their own installed cameras. Where crime is rampant in Illinois, there's a security failure(there's also a moral failure but that's neither here or there.)

In an imperfect world, I will tolerate(favorite liberal word) criminals being heavyhanded by cops rather than watch some murder spree. And of course, I'll do what they say instead of jumping over fences
