In every instance where Christ came to the help of others...the most prominent being the woman he saved from being stoned...His last words were always - "Go and sin no more"

I have always noted that people that do not believe God or the Bible (which is a study, not a read) tend to think they can somehow preach from it accurately.

God's laws and commands are always above mans. To liberals the word or term love seems to mean agreement... and hatred means disagreement. All perversions are a sin according to God. Believing, agreeing and following Christianity is an "all in" proposition. In every case the Christian is speaking about the behaviors, not the person. Hating the behaviors and what it does to us all, loving the sinner because every single one of us is a sinner, saved and un-saved.

I love it when a leftist nonbeliever tries to teach the Scriptures. We get an opportunity to tell them the truth and for the Holy Spirit to work on them.

Jesus also neglected to affirm that selling your daughter into slavery, beating your slaves, stoning to death people for the clothing they wear, or going to hell for eating lobster are truths we must adhere to for his Daddy....should Christians follow these tenants as well, or just the hating on Gays thingy?

That's why Natty Bumpo's arguments are epic fails. He keeps coming back with the same old tired line....."No religion has prescriptions concerning who can eat at a lunch counter or who can buy a cake."

If the cake is for a marriage union between two gay people, then yes religion does have a prescription for who can buy a cake. It's their faith, and they can choose to abide by it anyway they see fit, without big government coming in and shutting them down, or as Brian refers to it.....the Gestapo oppressing them.

Homosexuals are on the offensive. Anything spoken or written on social media and political forums is immediately jumped on and reported with screeching. The homosexual mafia and their leftist appeasers want you Christians to just shut up.

True. Providing a service to the public that you are in business to provide violates no religious taboo, regardless of who the customer might be.

Should a fundamentalist Christian baker be allowed to discriminate against a Jew by declaring, "I don't serve Jews because I believe they are Christ killers."

He can believe that fervently if he wishes; he can't claim his personal article of faith exempts him from serving Jewish Americans as he serves other Americans.

I have 100% confidence that there is no god. I refuse to participate in any conversation that takes the existence of a god as axiomatic.

Furthermore, you make the assertion that liberals must follow the words of their leaders (also, it's completely ridiculous that you group those three together) as if all people to the left of you belong to a single giant religion with infallible gods.

Politics isn't a religion. You don't have to take anyone's word as perfect gospel. You can accept that some people are right about some things and wrong about others. This is basic knowledge and I shouldn't have to explain it to you.

As for your jumbled thoughts on psychology: Our understanding of psychology changes. You claiming that my arguments are somehow invalid because our understanding of sexual orientation has changed is just as absurd and smug as you going up to a Quantum Physicist and saying "Yeah, but in the 20s you all thought that the Atom was the smallest possible thing. Checkmate.". It's fairly clear that you have zero grasp on how science works. I'll give you a hint. It's not a religion designed to be completely unchanging. You need to stop trying to interpret every thought you see as a religion.

I'll skip to your last paragraph, because the ones before that are basically a mockery of intelligent thought and to address them is to insult every person who has every thought something that makes sense.

On Caitlyn Jenner: Holy (*)(*)(*)(*), it's almost like psychological suffering is distinct from physical pain and can be completely miserable without impairing your ability to perform physical tasks!

And on genes: Not every aspect of the body is controlled by individual allele pairs. Some aspects arise from complex interactions between many genes and environmental factors. We don't actually understand most of this. We do know that transgender people have neurology that corresponds to a different sex from their body, but we don't know why that happens. Again, science isn't a religion. It's okay to say that we don't know everything right now. There's researchers working day and night to advance our understanding of the world, and I'm sure we'll know one day.

Exactly, where is the tolerance from the folks on the left. Personally, I support gay marriage, but I'm getting pretty tired of gay/lesbians seeking out businesses they know will have an issue with THEIR choice. Get a life people and let other folks live theirs.

There have been well over 10,000 same sex marriages.

There have 2 - 3 lawsuits over refusal of services.

Obviously the VAST majority of gay people are finding businesses that are gay friendly.
Pretty tired of some conservatives equating "several" with "all". It's an asinine argument.

We can easily find hetrosexual couples who have sued businesses as well.

I guarantee you that there are gay couples right now applying for marriage in Christian churches in hopes of being denied. The next step is to remove tax exempt status for refusing to perform gay marriage ceremonies.

2-3 lawsuits are too many, especially if you're someone who is getting taken to court. It's not an asinine argument. Where is the "tolerance"?

The LGBT crowd has received theirs, how about they show a little themselves.

Just giving you ample opportunity to come clean and how you have been harassed. 3rd time, and you haven't said what harassment you've received. By anyone. So the conclusion is you made it up.

You throw out the term holy spirit, as meaning you're going to educate people in the positive way the holy spirit would do that.
But I don't think the holy spirit has anything to do with hating. In fact just the opposite.

Why, yes, I do believe I educate in a positive way. The truth is always positive, unless you are promoting a lie, which makes the truth a threat. You're feeling threatened. My mentioning the Holy Spirit set you off and the post was generic, not addressing you at all. You have no argument other than "discrimination" which is something everyone does every day. Pitiful and weak. Also, the fact you mentioned the Holy Spirit frequently in a sarcastic manner proves my point that the Holy Spirit is working on you.

As you are intolerant of religion, and are prejudiced against any faith, I won't bring that aspect of it up with you.

Your last paragraph says it all. "We don't know everything, we don't know why, but...." Because the pseudo-science of psychology, and the studies of sociology and anthropology are hopelessly tainted by politics, there have been no true tests done on genetics linking behavior and intelligence on a global basis. The last good tests studying such theories were done decades ago and will not be done by any of the Leftist in charge of these "humanities" in the foreseeable future.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Twin_Family_Study

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Transracial_Adoption_Study

The tests show that inheritance accounts for some 80% of one's intelligence, while the best efforts of adoptive parents (environment) is the other 20%. Just as physical abilties and traits are obviously inherited, so must be the tendancies for certain behaviors such as homosexuality, sexual perversions and of course tendancies for violence. With proper cultural foundations, criminal and perverse behavior can be kept better in check. To properly test for such mechanisms, a global study of major human groups should be done with proper randomization techniques that include MRI's of the subjects' brains, their DNA, and basic IQ and behavioral tests such as digit span and the MMPI-2. Of course anyone in the psycho-social humanities wanting to do such tests would be burned at the stake.

What is not okay is for any person who says they support science, then goes on to defend the flagrant abuse of it by those in the psychological industry.

The 2013 edition of the American Psychiatric Association's hugely influential "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" recategorized transsexuals as suffering not from "gender identity disorder" (as it previously did) but from "gender dysphoria." In short, the mental disorder lies not in believing that you're a different gender but in the suffering caused by that belief.
    http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052702304854804579234030532617704

Again, the political realities of the APA changed the wording to bring sympathy to those with sexual perversions. There must be better scientific evidence before one can conclude such things. If someone has Trisomy 21, it is obvious. So is RP and so many other disorders. Just as a good actor can fool the audience, so can those in the gay/lesibian/transgender/pedophillic/etc. community.

Your faith in a such a warped science is troubling.

Basic fundamental Christian faith. Nothing out of the ordinary, these beliefs are shared among millions worldwide.

Sinning and knowing it is wrong and wanting change for the better is one thing. Celebrating pervese behavior and beliving it to be righteous are for the liberal atheists, pagans and other assorted Leftwing/Marxists. A sinner who proudly trumpets their sinful behavior to the world is not a Christian---they are a pagan.

No but God the father addressed that through Peter and Paul later on We would be hating on gays if we continued to stone them when caught as was the practice in Christ's day. That too, was addressed later when it became sufficient to cast such out of the church that they might know such behavior was not acceptable to God and was like all other sins from the worst to the least a damnable offense.

And living in a secular country or at least one tolerant of all people and religions, operating a business under secular laws, have to be followed.

Some Muslims do the same thing to justify their intolerance.
Honestly religious people need to confront the religious hypocrites in their midst.

Bingo Milo. The gay community is now seeking out trouble so they can make a big stink about it (their M.O. of being attention whores) and they're now seeking to profit from it.

They can live their lives AND allow others to live theirs. As Matt Dylan posted, the gay crowd is on the offensive and screaming bloody murder at anybody who now dare cross them. Ridiculous.

I don't have a problem if the gays want to marry. I have a BIG problem that they're trying to drag this family business down over a stinkin cake.

People are making a big mistake if you believe homo marriage is about equality and rights. It's about submission and shutting you Christians up. It's happening right here.

So why do you not preach tolerance for fundamental Christian values?

Tolerance of one thing mean automatic intolerance of another.

To force people to pander to the beliefs of another is not tolerance.

To say "I tolerate Muslims and their Sharia Law" means that you must tolerate unbelievers being put to death, the beating and mistreatment of women and girls, female genital mutilation and so on.

    Huh?
I don't preach against fundamental christian values. Christians can practice how they want. They don't belong telling everyone else to live how they want them to. And they have to follow the laws of the state if they bought a business license from the state.

There is no 'sharia law' in the USA that needs tolerating.
As a matter of fact, there should be no religious laws anyone has to tolerate. It is why the gov't is a secular gov't.
But sharia believing people can live here, they just can't set up religious laws here.
If one wants to live under sharia law, I'm not going to stop them. But they better not put sharia law to anyone who wants nothing to do with it.
That is what christians want to do, they want folks to live by their laws who don't want anything to do with their laws.
