Sure, we would all like to see problem solvers as our representatives, the thing is, not only are we too stupid to identify problem solvers, but problem solvers see more efficient uses of their time than fighting with the good ol boys of politics.

If one's only priority in electing a president is to check off this or that box on the affirmative action to do list, then one shouldn't be voting in the first place. because one would be too damn stupid to figure out the ballot.

Either you have a right to vote, or a privilege to vote. Can't have it both ways.

Please note this is what we call a quip. Further the reason one shouldn't vote in the above quip is that one would be too damn dumb to figure out how not because the law prevented it.

What may happen is called the "rubber band affect"

Sometimes when a concept is oppressed for a very long time, it can sling shot and instead of correcting itself, the years of oppression take hold and blind reality. So we are clear let's discuss "it's about time America have a woman President".

You are 100% on the fact that we should not have oppressed women from Leadership for so long. But to draw a line and say "the time is now" might elect a bad woman President.

I know some Conservatives follow the passage; New International Version
"Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says." The root cause of this oppression on women.

Just because we want the ability to have a woman president shouldn't blind us from a possibly corrupt politician that happens to be female.

Unless the female president is Trump, then I don't want her.

The correct person should get the job. It's not time for a woman unless she is better than any other candidate.

Perhaps you've forgotten the topic is the USA. I haven't "forgotten" that other countries are more advanced.

Because women are no more "one element" of society than men. Because that "one element" is over 50% of the population.

Why was the "one element" of society, males, the ONLY element to be elected??

Would I like to see a woman president? Certainly.

Am I going to vote for any woman that comes along to see that happen? Certainly not.

I will vote for the candidate I like the best. Race and gender have nothing to do with it.

The one thing all our recent crop of lousy presidents have in common is that they have all professed to be religious. Common sense would say that it is foolish to keep, repeating the same mistakes and then expect a different result. Time to try something different and elect an Athiest or an Agnostic.

In that case, I think that Carly Fiorina would make an exceptional candidate for the presidency of these United States of America, She is a far better choice than Hillary 'Benghazi' Clinton the elitist Socialist.

I think it's time for the US to elect an honest, competent person of integrity to the office of President. One who will protect and defend the Constitution. It has been many decades since that has happened. I'm OK with a woman filling the position as long as she fits that description.

You want a woman president just for the sake of having a woman president. What of the many problems we have would that solve? Fine - lets elect Carly Fiorina.

Since women out number men, they are capable of out voting men, so go ask them why they haven't voted in a woman.

There hasn't been a woman allowed to run.

Women can be just as sexist and blind and stupid as men.

The best person for the job should be president. It is 100% sexist to say we should elect someone just because of their gender. Sexist and stupid.

Not for our system of government, women are potentially suitable for parliamentary system, but are terrible as executive officers, and would have zero respect with our armed forces.
