I'm not sure what makes for the best demonstration of how people will believe what they want to believe regardless of evidence. It could be global warming, or it could be evolution, I'm not sure.

Global warming is a hoax, I tell you! There are blogs all over the internet that say so!
Evolution is the work of the devil! Even Ben Carson says so!

How can anyone living in the 21st. century be so invested in denying scientific research? That's an attitude straight out of the middle ages.

If you are in denial about the scientific fact that carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas, then you are just an ignorant, anti-science denier cult retard, blowing smoke out your ass about things you are too stupid to understand. If you think that the world scientific community would almost unanimously affirm the reality of human caused global warming without a great deal of scientific sound evidence, than you are simply insane.

I am pretty sure you don't know how to be rational. Seems you have your emotions all tied up in this. That blocks rational thought.

Coming from a crazy irrational retard like yourself, that is almost a compliment. I'd be really worried if an ignorant, anti-science crackpot like you agreed with me.

What I would need to see is that CO2 fully absorbed is hot. Can you prove that? just curious. You know it absorbs and holds IR. It doesn't get hot, it holds at the temperature of the IR it absorbs, It can't get hotter than what it absorbs, so how does it increase warming? Just asking for a reasonable response to those questions.

I have asked him if he has made it to HS yet as he might enjoy learning something.

Physical age might be older, as to emotional age...

And another crazy, irrational, ignorant, anti-science, crackpot retard pops up with the kind of demented irrelevant drivel that rightwingnuts are so good at.

Drivel so convoluted and irrational that it is completely meaningless, and thus pretty much impossible to answer.

BTW, a molecule of carbon dioxide that absorbs an infrared photon either immediately re-radiates the energy in the form of another infrared photon, or it can transfer the energy as molecular vibration to the surrounding molecules of oxygen and nitrogen, thus heating the atmosphere. Heat is a measure of average molecular vibration (motion and speed).

This data could be true, but that does not prove it is from man or C02. I am sure if the government was up to something that would effect mother nature's natural cycle, they would tell us it is our fault.

    Dumbass denial, based on nothing.

These facts are very well established scientifically:
    * Carbon dioxide is a powerful Greenhouse Gas.
    * Mankind's activities, primarily burning fossil fuels and deforestation, have increased atmospheric CO2 levels by 43% so far, and still rising fast.
    * This increase in CO2 levels is the cause of the observed abrupt warming trend the Earth is experiencing.
    * The Earth will continue to warm up for centuries, possibly millenia, as a result of the continuing accumulation of CO2, unless humans take active steps to dramatically reduce levels technologically.
    * This warming is already raising world average temperatures to levels not seen in many thousands of years and, unless humanity immediately takes steps to drastically reduce human carbon emissions, this warming will continue until temperatures are higher than they have been in millions of years, seriously threatening to cause another mass extinction event.
    * This warming is already causing disruptions in the previously fairly stable climate patterns of the Holocene, and these disruptions to and changes in the Earth's climate will have enormous negative impacts on human agriculture and food supplies, human civilization and international peace and stability, and the quality and survivability of the world our grandchildren will inherit.

A good example of the rightwingnuts' hilariously paranoid crackpot conspiracy theory ideation.

So let's say your right on this climate change made by man. What are you doing to stop it? Let me guess, nothing. You are ranting and raving while doing absolutely nothing to change your life for the better of climate. So spare me the charts and all other scientific theories. Because you are being an absolute hypocrite. Talking all this bad stuff about man made climate change, while producing zero answers and changing nothing of your lifestyle.

    Hilariously insane rightwingnut logic...

"There's a big problem, you say. Even though this is an anonymous forum and I really know nothing at all about you, I'm going to guess that you are doing nothing, therefore you are a hypocrite, and that means that there is no problem"

Your being scared of climate change is no different than me being worried about nuclear war. If nuclear war is to take place, than climate change can take a hike.

Disaster from a meteor is more likely to happen than a slow warming that helps everyone.

You are on a computer aren't you? That takes fossil fuels. Did you use your vehicle today? I am sure you did. I am only stating the obvious.

The world elite could give a rats butt if there is climate change for the worse. They will all go hide in their bunkers that you and I paid for. So why is it that people fall for such deception's. The agenda behind Obama and previous presidents, is to make a new world order. Republican Bush Jr. and Obama are on the same team, they have the same agenda. Both of them behind the camera saying they want and will have a new world order. Climate change is just one of the topics that allow for another tax regulation. Obama has already developed the device that will go on our homes. This device will only allow a single house to give out so much C02 emissions. Once the emissions have elapsed than you will have to pay to get more. He has already stated that under this plan, energy rates will have to necessarily skyrocket.

I was unaware that the air we breathe belongs to the elites.

dude, your silliness is still silly. you still have nothing. You are a one trick pony and have no idea about climate studies. You post up the same dumb silly stuff over and over, wash, rinse, repeat. how many times must we tell you this? Obviously you don't give a rats nuts.

Water vapor is by far the most powerful greenhouse gas. CO2 by itself cannot warm what is being claimed and the hypothesis relies on water vapor as a four fold multiplier. Problem is, water vapor content has been decreasing.

I live in a part of Canada where an exceptionally impressive and well travelled
    M. P. has been elected and he is putting this question in front of all residents of
    my area.

I would be honoured to get your response to this discussion so far.

In my 2008, municipal campaign writing.... .I recommended the usage of hydrogen fuel vehicles in areas of the world
with a large amount of desert or dry land.

I believe that they could prove to be disastrous in Canada....... because all that extra water vapour in the atmosphere could
cause even greater snow and ice storms.

You can see my 2008 campaign writing in post #1 here:

April 2016 was the twelfth consecutive warmest April on record. Since warm air holds more water than cold air your findings are bogus. Some science is very simple.
