Trouble of Ukraine just that its president, Yanukovych, hasn't decided to give the order on discovery of fire. If it was solved on it, then the country would avoid all subsequent chaos, would izbzhat thousands of the victims, as a part of Ukraine there would be the Crimea and Donbass. But Yanukovych was weak and was afraid to give the order on fire for effect.

No it enters 2016 for testing, not operational service. They are prototypes Here you go. Sputnik news.
    .

So if Lockheed Martin says F-22 can evade Russian radar, it is true until proven otherwise correct? That is as stupid as saying my product can do this without proof.
What matters is both manufacturers have a bit of a overhyped spin but with some truths. A stealth aircraft isn't meant to be invsibile, it just lowers the detection range(known as VLO). Whether a S-400 can lock on a American stealth fighter before he fires his ammunition is the big question.

The S-400 doesn't use VHF anti-stealth radars to lock on targets. They use X-bands.

Russians don't defy the laws of physics. A jammer typically has lower gain than a radar and usually won't be effective unless it uses signifcantly more power than the radar. This applies if American jammer vs Russian radar or Russian jammer vs American radar.

So why there is a lot of killed protestors and just some policemen, if police hadn't delay guns before? And why policemen shot at unarmed persons? First murder was by policemen in January, may be it was a trigger for further armed clashes?

That is the whole point. Russia is spending money on nukes. Good money that can be spent on fight Ukraine. ABMs are typically are not meant to work, but the chance of it working scares the crap out of the enemy.

And again you live on news of the Ukrainian opposition of 2014. Some already admitted how they shot at unarmed protesters to provoke the conflict.

    http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-31359021

Pay attention - it is BBC. You, it seems, trust this anti-Russian source :)

It not the only one proof that not the militia shot at protesters.

Look how from the Maidan the deputy Sergey Pashinsky takes out a rifle. Which right after it has risen under the top of a career ladder. You think, he though appeared in one investigation later? Of course, no.

You try to give some consperacy as proof. There is a lot videos of policemen shoting at unarmed, a lot video of police violation. So policemen triggered the fury of the protestors, not a hiden "third force"

The article doesn't say they shot at protesters it says they shot at the fascist jack booted Berkut thugs who had already been sent in by Yanukovych under the direct behest of Putin to attack and murder the peaceful protesters on November 30th 2013:

Putin pressured Yanukovych to crack down on the Maidan protesters. Ukrainska Pravda found that the notebooks of Yanukovych's security chief, Kostyantyn Kobzar, detail a private meeting between the two leaders at Putin's residence at Valdai on January 8, as the Maidan protests continued to grow.

Agreed ... this is the point of MAD. Russia is able to do the same.

Spare me your unsupported nonsense. How is the SS18 and its replacement "blatantly vulnerable to attack ? ...do tell.

Second - why are you comparing a submarine launched missile (Trident) to an Inter Continental Ballistic Missile (SS-18) ?

Of course Russia can afford an arms race. You have no clue what you are talking about.

Russia can not match the US plane for plane - ship for ship - (which is a waste of money anyway as these facing rapid obsolescence.

After the wall fell - having the above realization - Russia started focusing on more niche technologies such as missile technology. For the price of one Aircraft Carrier (never mind the group that accompanies it) 13 Billion, Russia can build 13,000 anti ship missiles at 1 million/each.

A carrier is lucky to be able to fend off one off one Russian anti ship missile ... never mind 10. 20 would do the trick for sure.

    Do the math.

When Russia came out with the Sunburn - super sonic anti ship cruise missile - in the mid 90's they were at least a decade ahead of anything the US had at the time and we had no good defense. Russian missile technology has improved greatly since then. They are faster, smaller, stealthy and they think.

So you use Wikipedia to defend your claim and I'm using announcements made by the military.

Should I go and edit the Wikipedia article now. I mean anyone could do it.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-500_(missile_system)
The S-500 "Prometey (Прометей)" ("Prometheus") is a Russian surface-to-air missile system, currently in testing. Russian military sources say that the first system will be operational later in 2016, with additional units planned for order. It was under development by the Almaz-Antey Air Defence Concern. It is also known as 55R6M "Triumfator-M."[1]

yup. For the price of 1 carrier, russia will have enough missile to destroy the entire US Navy 10 times over.

10 missiles per ship is over kill. Even 5 missiles per ship would be a bit much.

As I explained the limits of VHF radar. The only type of radar that can detect stealth technology currently in use. VHF isn't some amazing new technology. There is a reason nations still invest in stealth, to defeat from being locked on by X-band radars which are the only type to guide AAMs or SAMs. The Russian only use anti-stealth radar for early warning purposes.

    - - - Updated - - -

The same result as an American missile vs. Russian ship/carrier or airbase. It depends on Air Superiority, Space superiority along with ISR along with missile defenses.

Again these deployments are for testing only as mentioned by Sputnik. Notice your wikipedia source says "maybe 2017"

If that were the case Russia(or any nation) will not invest in newer aircraft or aircraft carriers. China will be wasting time developing one.

Anti-ship missiles launched from airplanes as well as ships or the ground, have cross the storm of fighter jets shooting them down with AAMs. The only really exception is the Chinese DF-21D and DF-26 which are ballistically launched and fly so fast they are hard to intercept. Sea Skimming Anti-ship missiles and cruise missiles are easy to kill but hard to detect since they fly so low focusing on radar horizon problems. However against aircraft carriers, if aircraft in the air, the missiles will usually be spotted before any defensive ships with CIWs does.

Should I update that wiki article again?

I'm half thinking that you are actually starcitizen.

The long-range high intercept S-500 complex with extended ballistic missile defense capabilities is planned to enter operational readiness in 2016.

Until that happens, we are not for sure. All military have delays. We have Sputnik, RT all reporting different things. Nor we do not know if it's IOC or FOC.

You don't have to play dumb to look right. If it's going to enter operational readiness this year, than than means that it is well past development stages and well into its testing phase.

The fact that they are testing this means that they have units to test.

But this is all common sense.

How many is the question. Most military weapons once in service are not in numerous quantity until years later.(F-22, PAK FA, Armata for example)

That is true. Russia is only building 5 s500 for now. That was what the Russian military ordered.

That's one of the downsides of Russian military. They have fantastic equipment, but they lack the funding and thus the numbers. They have enough to carry them through rapid production which will happen in case of war. They is no pressing issue at the moment to have bunch of military equipment. Maintenance cost money too and Russia learned this the hard way with their Navy at the end of cold war. That's why Russia is investing in missile that are effective at taking things out instead of building things which can be taken out by missiles. Not only is this strategy more cost effective, but it's virtually maintenance free.

What the point in having a large navy when a search of missiles can wipe out an entire navy in an instant. Or a swarm of Kornet missiles can wipe out a whole battalion of tank. Or a swarm of SAMs that can take out fleets of Aircraft. A missile is simply the bigger bang for the buck. And Russian missiles are peerless. I think that this is a better strategy in the long run.

If ww3 were happen, I wouldn't be surprised to see entire Armadas and what not being instantly whipped out by swarms of missiles. There will be heavy losses on both sides. Think of how many people died in ww2. We didnt have long ranged missiles, supersonic aircraft, and all that jazz then.

Now our weapons are deadlier than ever. I think that any developed nation will find it extremely difficult to fight a war with another developed nation without sustaining massive and unacceptable losses

The person with the best missile and missile defense will win the war. And Russia is ahead in that area for now. How many missile can Russia produce in case of war? That's the real question that would determine their victory or defeat.

I truly think that Russia doesn't want any trouble and is only responding to regional issues that would otherwise threaten their national security. I think that in similar circumstances, we might even act more extreme. For one, we would never stand for Russia having a system like Agis on our borders. Not when it can effect our nuclear strategic capability.

We will not be number 1 forever. And it's time that we actually started looking for friends instead of mere vassals to carry out our will. Because if we continue to go down this path, Russia would be too fed up. China will be too fed up. And if European nationalism takes over, they too will be fed up. And we will be isolated and alone. We will be just one of many great empires that's found in the dust bins of history.

This is already happening now. Hopefully Trump will reverse this and strive for a bipolar world instead of a unipolar one that neocons are working so hard on. We need to respect each others differences on an international level. Because it a bit supremacist to think that your culture and way of life is better than another's. The whole idea of exceptionalizm is borderline natziism.

We need to respect each other's differences on an international level. But we have to preserve our identity on a national level. Conservitism and liberalism are two sides of the same coin.

But liberals and neoconservatives are doing it all wrong.

Neoconservative look at other countries and think that everyone has to be like them for there to be piece. Like some supremacists

Liberals thik that we should embrace the cultural values of others as if they are ashamed of their own culture and values. That's their answer. They think that assimilation will bring peace.

But the true answer lies in both of them

We need to be liberal when we look at other countries but be conservative when looking at ours.

    .... I blabbered too much.

They first have to Search, track, identify the Navy. Navies are armed with missiles as well and can wipe out the enemy forces with their own missiles. It's all a battle of who has the best sensors and missiles.

Missiles maybe. Cruise missile technology especially, the Russians have the edge. Missile defenses no. American Missile Defense, despite is flaws, is the only current system that can defend a entire geographic region from ICBMs. Remember they place their own interceptor warheads on Mintuteman and Peacekeeper ICBMs and fire them in space, having trajectories and ranges to match ICBMs.(called the Ground Based Midcourse Defense system), while most other interceptors are short ranged to defeat warheads at their last moments of descent.(S-500 only limited to around 600km) Of course this is useless against a Russian attack and is meant to stop a limited attack from nations like North Korea due to the lack of interceptors the Americans have.
The lower tier interceptors like the SM-3 and THAAD are far better in intercept rates, however mainly to combat IRBMs and MRBMs. Russia does not plan to have better Missile Defense than the Americans.

He feared Nuland who told him not to dare allow the police to fire on the 'peaceful' protesters. In the meantime those 'peaceful' protesters were beating up the police and setting them on fire and they weren't able to respond. Everyone at the time mistook Washington's motives, and assumed there was a semblance of decency. When the people from Crimea, Odessa and Mariupol protested against the junta, they did so with the idea that this is how their voices would be heard. They found out about Washington's double standards the hard way.

Ah so now you're a fascist propagandist overtly tampering with wikipedia articles I have flagged your IP on wikipedia and reverted the article. Wikipedia is just as accurate as Encyclopedia Britannica, the S500 is not deployed it is in development exactly like every single other one of your fantasy WunderWaffen that you have brought up. Hey bud it's 2016 right now, why haven't they been deployed? When were they tested? Who tested them? Names, dates, and facts not fascist propaganda.

More fascist propaganda Yanukovych at the direct behest of Putin sent in his jack booted fascist Berkut thugs to attack and murder peaceful protests on November 30th 2013 there was no violence prior to that. And your Russian rape patrols were not the Ukrainian people protesting they were Russian invaders perpetrating terrorist atrocities against ethnic Ukrainians because they were Ukrainians.
