Here' something that should be of interest. When they recounted the votes in the city of Milwaukee, every precinct turned up with 40 to 98 percent more votes for Trump then on the first count.

Now if this holds true in all the major cities, which it might since the election commissioner in NYC was fired for saying on tape that the voters were being bused from one polling place to another, then Trump was right. He probably did win the popular vote and that the only reason he was able to overcome the fraud and defeat Hillary, was because so many came out to vote for him

For the same reason they've always had them: to make sure that a few populous states don't get to dictate to the rest of the country who the president will be. Electronic communication doesn't change anything in that regard.

Dunno, other than perhaps throw a monkey wrench into the potential legitimacy and effectiveness of the incoming Administration from Day One.

A new kind of dirty politics? Or maybe the Clinton's are putting the GP up to it?

It would bring a whole new meaning to the term "Triangulation", wouldn't it?

George Soros is behind the recount.. He owns the Clinton's as he did Obama and he doesn't want his globalist agenda destroyed. Trump is his own person and doesn't follow Soros and the neo con's rules of perpetual war and the enslavement of humanity... so there's a war going on between them.

When Trump decided to run, I was the only one rooting for him and no one could understand why. I felt he was the only one with a strong enough will to fight and clean out the Trotsky 'ideologues' in the neo con swamp. But to be honest, even I didn't realize what a difficult task it would be...

If nothing else we are getting a better glimpse of how bad the corruption is.

I personally thought that Hillary was UNELECTABLE..... once Comey came out with his message
in the last days of the election........(unless she figured out some way to cheat).

She almost lost to Mr. Bernie Sanders........ she probably would have lost if she had not cheated.

My choice for President in order of preference was:

    1. Mr. Donald Trump
    2. Bernie Sanders
    3. Dr. Jill Stein
    4. Gary Johnson
    5. Hillary Clinton

I was kind of a bad boy and posted variations of this thread all over Bernie Sanders and Dr. Jill Stein Facebook groups in the weeks before the election.

Every voted counted in this election!

Should Bernie support Hillary or Dr. Jill Stein?

    Yes,
Sanders and Trump had more in common than either did with their Party's core.

Today I was asked how I felt about Trump's appointments of billionaires.
I said, "It cuts out the political middle man.".
    True or True? :hmm:

Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic,
regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.

But if you have a winner takes all system in each state what difference does it make if the an individual states results are allocated automatically to the winning candidate or at a later date by that states electors other than leaving open the possibility that some electors can be induced (blackmailed/bribed/poor or mischievous selection} to vote for another candidate.

Oh, I guess I misunderstood your point. Most people who talk about getting rid of the EC want to replace it with a popular vote. I assumed that was where you were going with the "electronic communication" thing. Yeah, getting rid of the electors and just "assuming" their vote based on the state tallies would be a good idea.
