I support national CCW reciprocity under the following conditions:

-no more issuance of out-of-state CCW licenses.

-all states must give FBI/finger print background check to all CCW holders.

-all states must require a handgun training course and exam.

unless these requirements are met, I will support the bill being filibustered.

this is the sort of dishonesty that caused the Democrats to lose. You don't have a valid argument against reciprocity. You don't even care about it What you don't like is the politics of gun owners and you see it as a game to oppose people on issues you don't care about because you are spiteful over gun owners helping defeat your beloved Hillary and give control of both houses to people who don't support the things that matter most to you.

He doesn't have a logical reason for supporting such burdens and he cannot find any evidence that those requirements increase public safety. its the same attitude that made my former senior partner a multi millionaire in malpractice suits-making young doctors work 36 hours straight (leading to a 11 million dollar verdict due to a kid becoming brain dead due to a mistake).
