My "criticism" also includes their own words that is why i quoted it. Sorry. Its fine man just discount any opposing view. You seem to miss that my views on the study is based on the study itself *gasp*.

And I'm saying if we are to treat people how they honestly feel about themselves (as you suggest), then I honestly feel like I'm the Queen of England and you must acknowledge me.

Gender is an illusion of the mind?
You accuse conservatives of redefining gender?
I'm not seeing any rational logic in any of those positions.

How about one that everyone, including those who will be using the bathroom with them is comfortable with

Are we not entertaining ones comfort at the expense of the others if we exclude the others?

Actually, the dem city council in Charlotte, NC, is what started stirring this fecal matter up, not the GOP. Admittedly, the GOP participated happily in this pissing contest, but to say the GOP went out of their way to make this an issue is revisionist history.

And I'm saying that their is a dividing line between gender identity and all the rest.
Yes but what your saying is that they are wrong, with specifically saying Why they are wrong. I won't discount your view (and I'm sure we've done around more then enough times for me to prove that I am willing to listen, I mean, even earlier in the thread Guavaball made the distinction between identify and genetics and that was on the money) but you haven't actually rebutted their findings beyond "I don't agree or see their findings as scientific". That's great but I'd like to maybe see an opposing scientific view?

I'm really confused about why people care so much about this issue, but here are my thoughts on it.

    A. Good for Trump, despite what some people have said, I don't think "any other" Republican would have done this, it's painfully clear that Trump has something the Republican Congress does not, a pair of balls.

    B. It doesn't matter what you think about this, this debate is not a moral one, it's a constitutional one, the Federal Government has no right to make a blanket rule like this on all states.

    C. If a singular state passes a law that allows transgender's to pick their bathroom, I'd be in full support of it.

    D. This issue is so trivial, I don't know why anyone is really happy or sad about it, there are FAR more pressing issues facing this nation, and I don't really think this issue is one of them

You must be writing in the wrong thread, because in 80+ posts not a single person mentioned anything about 'having sex with' anyone. Nice try though

it's kind of like me saying you should not be offended or alarmed that I wear a ski mask to deposit my check at the bank.

I in turn am reasonable and understand that this may make some uncomfortable so therfore I don't do it

Question: who (by unlawful tradition) wearvski masks to banks...to what end?

Question #2: what do you suppose TG people are going to do in the bathroom?

Oh. Sorry, I did not realize we are a country ruled by the "dem city council in Charlotte, NC".

I am saying by quoting the study itself it shows you the conclusion you think is there is not. Instead of looking at this with an open view both studies tried to show these feelings are more then that. If you go back and read both links they failed to do so.

Not trying. You lot are so concerned about who has sex with who, how, where, how often and how intensely, ties DIRECTLY to the trans issue, AND YOU KNOW IT.

    Nice try though.

So using the proper bathroom is bigoted, who knew? A person should use the bathroom of their sex until surgery is done, what's so hard about that? Personally I don't want a man who 'thinks' he's a woman to follow my grand daughter into a bathroom, ever. There is a difference when a man goes into the woman's bathroom and whips it out. Seems Pinocchio's rule is a pedo's dream.

The problem is, liberals attempt to move that 'line' whenever they want. For thousands of years marriage was defined as a man and a woman. But libs made a national issue out of it, in the name of 'equality'. But that was it. That was all they wanted, the right to marry. That is, until the next day, when they moved onto transgender issues. That was then expanded to what, over 80 different 'identities'? What's the next line? Special rights for pedophiles? Rapists? Furries? Incest marriage?

The point is, like the saying goes, liberals are always one revolution away from happiness. The 'line' needs to be drawn somewhere, and not letting grown men into the same restroom as a teenage girl is a good place to put that line.

No. Eliminating rules meant to ensure parity amongst public school children based on the outrage of folks both ignorant and hateful is bigoted.

    I'm not.

But look at the conservative track record:

Laws against Oral Sex and Anal Sex
    Laws against Buggery
    Laws against Gay Marriage
    Laws against Gay sex
    Laws against equality for Gays
    Laws against equality for Trans

It's -always- about sex with you lot. Not me. I don't GAF what you do in your bedroom. I care about real policy. But you lot, all you seem to give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about, is controlling who can and should (*)(*)(*)(*) who.

    STOP.

    It's SENSELESS.

I don't see what is wrong with making this a States Rights issue. Along with pretty much everything about education.

Could it be because these things are being done one at a time? You left out mixed races marrying. Why is that?

Keep government out of the bedroom and put it in the bathroom where it belongs.

So nothing outside of projection emotions/feelings.

Got you. Point to a single post on this topic that i posted that has anything to do with "who is (*)(*)(*)(*)ing" who. You cant. Instead of discussing the topic you project a position to me and expect me to defend it. Not going to happen.

Do you defend removing rights for people who practice sex differently then you?
