It's a Rasmussen poll. They have a unique speciality.

They ask their client what the answer is, and then they go manufacture a poll to fit it.

According to the ACLU, not allowing a proctologist with a disability to perform your prostate exam would be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

So if Capt Hook was your proctologist before the crocodile bit his hand off, youd have to let him check your prostate, by LAW.

It didn't contain a "conclusion." It was an ongoing report that was being updated as information was gathered. The worst you can say about it is that it revealed Comey didn't think Hillary committed any crimes early on. But there's no evidence he "published" his findings before the investigation was concluded.

You mean when he unprofessionally and against agency protocol ranted about how she was careless and potentially violated statutes 4 months before the election?

Or how he unprofessionally and against agency protocol announced he was re-opening the investigation into Clinton just 11 days before the election, when she was sitting on a 5 point lead?

With "friends" like that, who needs enemies?

That's what happens when the head of the FBI unprofessionally and against agency protocols announces they are reopening a criminal investigation 11 days before the election.

Most Americans can't find North Korea on a map.

So what? Did most Americans study law?

What this really shows is how Trump has managed to destroy confidence in the systems designed to limit his power.

Don't characterize "all Americans" by the ignorant ones in your circle.
All Americans, Democrats and Republicans alike, want to see crime punished. Especially crimes of corruption that threaten the stability of our country.

If that were truly the case, Trump would already have been flogged, tarred and feathered, locked up and banished to Alcatraz. This is before he decided to be a Republican and run for office.

Now he would simply be shot.

Rasmussen was the only pollster in the last election that was dead on accurate with the finale results

She was not indicted because the evidence didn't support a prosecution. It was a fabrication of RW propaganda media, misleading you again. Kind of like the "stand down" claim that the RW propaganda media fabricated and so many millions gullibly believed.

Trump still retains the support of the 1/4 of America.

    So, much "gullibility" still remains.

Obviously there still exists a core group in America (about 1/4 of the population (roughly 80 million people)) that will believe that 1+1=3 if Trump tells them to.

The same group is susceptible to the conspiratorial rantings and raving of the RW Fever Swamp noise machine.

    That said:

    "Most voters" DON'T CARE. :salute:

The idea that you needed to prove Hillary's intent to break the law in order to convict her is an absolute lie and you can thank James Comey
for spreading and popularizing that untruth around (with help from the media and partisan dolts that we see in forums like this, of course).

it isn't propaganda all that is required is elementary understanding of the law
Comey claims intent is required and that is a blatant out right lie and anyone that has an once of reading comprehension knows that

show me the word intent or intentional anywhere in the law or even implied only thing required to prove is Gross Negligence and Comey claimed Clinton was Extremely Careless with those classified emails which is the definition of Gross negligence

Comey gave Clinton a pass and newly revealed information reinforces it by him writing a statement long before the investigation was over before 17 key witness were ever interviewed a statement clearing Clinton

Please share with the board your background in criminal law to support for your analysis.

Then you can share with us the facts the FBI has, your analysis of the relevant case law, and your application of the facts to the law that leads you to your conclusion.

    Thanks.

Comey threw Clinton under the bus and gave the selection of the presidency to the pathological liar.
