Steve Bannon has a message for “the good folks at Vanity Fair”, stating Donald Trump will “not only finish his term” but gain a landslide 400 electoral votes in the 2020 presidential election.

Speaking at the controversial Family Research Council’s Values Voter Summit, Bannon hit back at a report from Vanity Fair that suggested he did not have any faith that his former boss would finish out his first term.

The former White House chief strategist said on Saturday in comments carried by ABC News: “The populist, nationalist, conservative revolt that’s going on, that drove Donald Trump to victory, that drove Judge Moore to victory, that will drive 15 candidates to victory in 2018, and well, I hate to break the news to Graydon Carter and the good folks at Vanity Fair, but yes, President Trump is not only going to finish this term he’s going to win with 400 electoral votes in 2020.”...

Bannon predicted Trump would win the popular vote and that turned out wrong so Bannon has only a 50% predictions success rate so far. Unless Trump runs against someone as unpopular as Hillary his chances are narrow given his 38% approval rating and a possible primary challenger.

 

I don't think Bannon got the popular vote wrong. There wasn't enough illegal voters to get Hillary over the line. As for approval ratings, no one takes the liberal media seriously any longer. If we were to believe the liberal media and liberal media pundits Trump would've lost by a landslide. He was given zero/nought.zilch chances by those so called educated experts. If I were you, I would take Bannon seriously.

I have no doubt that Trump won't let any little thing like election results or the rule of law stand between him and a second term.

It'll be Trump vs. Harris, and if the economy is okay, Trump will win.

The only (political) dark horse who might possibly change this is Angelina Jolie; only she has the name recognition, resume and profound commitment to human rights - plus the legendary magnetic charisma - to unseat Trump, but perhaps only if the economy is in the sh*tter.

I know it sounds crazy, but the unconventional Jolie is the only person who could hope to challenge Trump in a stable economy, and if she ran with Condi Rice as her VP, she might just win.

 

i don't want to live in this future anymore. whole damn thing was a mistake. trump becoming president just tears a hole in what america was supposed to be. it was a supposed to be a place where things had certain rules and trends, certain limits. everything was predictable and that was comforting. now trump threw that out the window and it's up to ****ing angelina jolie to save us. it feels like nothing makes sense anymore. i've been doing more drugs and spending more time reading obscure and nihilistic anarchist texts since then, because if there's no rules anymore than i better hope the idealists win this time, for once.

i just really don't know how i'm supposed to keep acting like ****'s normal anymore when every single day brings a new tragicomedy. satire doesn't work anymore. and now someone i seem to mostly agree with me is asking me to put my trust in angelina ******n jolie.

It's not about the absolute best choice; it's about the best possibility to win.

In his defense, I think I saw that meme posted a thousand times when Trump was running against Hillary.

It would be quite foolish to take any opponent without respect and I think that is a big reason why you lost so badly in the last election.
