IMO the focus should be on "right to entry". If the fetus is the result of a fraudulent misrepresentation of male intent or forced entry, it has no right to be there and can be removed. If it is the result of a lawful union where the male has acted with good intent but the female not...maybe that is a different kettle of fish. IMO a legally married woman should not have the right to murder a child by her legal, financially supportive husband unless the pregnancy was by forcible entry or there are legitimate medical concerns.

I said nothing about the man having all of the say. But here's a surprise: if the woman wants the child and the man doesn't then by merit she has the final say.
