I neglected the thread we were arguing on for a few days and as such I am several pages beyond. As a result I have decided to unsubscribe rather than trying to catch up. With regard to employee theft, I know I posit an economic factor in almost everything but I reckon that the largest factor in employee theft (or the largest influencable factor) is the nature of part-time work, labour turnover, underemployment and low-status jobs
