Trump wants the courts to let DACA die a death for a reason. He want's legislation ending Obama's abortion of an EO. In this legislation, is border security, a wall, and ending chain migration and the lottery.
Trump in willing to trade a path to citizenship for those people, but at a price. Democrats have been using these type of tactics for years and are now furious when used against them.
