Left wingers in Congress and the media are in full blown panic mode and right this minute are stomping their feet over the removal of Andrew McCabe from his position at the FBI. Both Carl Bernstein [https://www.mediaite.com/tv/carl-be...y-mccabe-departure-is-monday-night-slaughter/] and Chris Matthews [https://www.mediaite.com/tv/chris-m...ia-probe-slow-motion-saturday-night-massacre/] are characterizing it as a "Saturday Night Massacre." That signals their game plan for the coming disaster they are soon to have on their hands. Nancy Pelosi is close to being aphasic. “Leading the Russia investigation could be hazardous to your career,” Tapper said at the top of the hour.
Tapper went on to note how Trump attacked McCabe multiple times over the past few months, which comes after the president fired James Comey in connection with ongoing investigations into Russia’s 2016 election interference. This is all nonsensical and irrelevant. Let's back up a second.
Firstly, it had been reported that Christopher Wray had threatened to resign if Sessions (not Trump) went ahead and fired McCabe. So that didn't happen. Wray was invited to come to the White House and read the memo for himself. The next day McCabe was gone. It has been widely characterized as "stepping down" but it seems the reality is that he was "removed" from his position. It's worth noting that Nunes asked Wray to vet the document:

House intelligence committee Chairman Devin Nunes showed FBI Director Christopher Wray the memo on Sunday after Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) pressured him to share its contents with the bureau, two people familiar with the meeting said Monday. Gowdy also wanted Nunes to let Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein see the memo too, but he did not join them Sunday.
In their meeting, Nunes told Wray he could flag any factual errors, national security concerns or material that could put FBI sources at risk, according to the people familiar with the meeting.​

What Adam Schiff says means nothing.
Now let's review how we came to this. Andrew McCabe was tainted before the election. The Clinton mafia did him a favor and there is no doubt they expected something in return:

Andrew McCabe bet that Hillary would win the election. He lost that bet, and has damaged his Bureau in doing so. It is imperative that the investigation continue and clean out the infection at the FBI and restore America’s confidence in it. The good people who work there deserve this much.

Adam Schiff has tried his best to fend off the truth from coming out by accusing Devin Nunes of ethics violations to attempting to torpedo the investigation into the the McCabe and his cabal within the FBI's role to bring Trump down. It's all blowing up in their faces. The sad part is that those higher up may get away scot free.
Hmm..., Sometimes, even Conspiracy Theorists get it right.

 

Schiff for brains even sued to keep the American people from finding out about Fusion GPS.

 

I hope Trump brings this up tonight at the SOTU address.

Wray went from threatening to resign if McCabe was fired, to firing McCabe the day after he read the memo.

Can't be good for Dems.

Im reading speculation that the document has been leaked, but the media is sitting on it until it can collude with Dems, and that Republicans don't want to release it until closer to the elections for maximum impact.

 

The President has 5 days to review and release so soon.

 

Lying McCabe at the precipice:

Instead of planning how to spend his federal pension, now-former Deputy Director of the FBI Lying Andrew McCabe must be figuring out how to pay the lawyers he is going to need.

 

I hope that isn't the case. The longer it takes to come out is the longer you give your opponent, and it's media arms, to come up with spin to deflect the damage.

 

Ryan is already saying to relax

Speaker Paul Ryan urged Republican colleagues Tuesday to avoid overstating the findings of a classified House intelligence committee memo that alleges misconduct by FBI officials investigating Trump campaign contacts with Russia.

In a closed-door meeting with House Republicans at the Capitol, Ryan (R-Wis.) also urged lawmakers not to connect the findings of the memo with the probe being run by special counsel Robert Mueller, according to a source in the room. Ryan pleaded with members not to oversell the memo and to distinguish it from Mueller's investigation.


"This is a completely separate matter from Bob Muller’s investigation, and his investigation should be allowed to take its course," Ryan said at a news conference following the GOP meeting. He said he agreed with releasing the document.

 

I think Ryan is just trying to keep people grounded, and not a bad move. Too much hype can be a bad thing. Anyway, IMO wait too long and their opening closes.

 

If there was anything actionable, it would have already been leaked by someone. This is the next thing to be forgotten in a few weeks.

 

You seem more confident than the Democrats do as they try to discourage the GOP from releasing it at all, and then drafting up their own counter memo. Wonder what they know that we don't.

But since you created that standard, I’m sure you will hold those agents and leaders who voted for Trump tot he same standard and color them tainted in favor of Trump. Therefore they cannot be objective and must be removed from the investigation also right ?

 

Adam Schiff is lying as hard as he can about the consequences of Nunes releasing the memo but it doesn't seem to matter.
All of his huffing and puffing bluster seems transparently false and obvious. Perhaps the hubris and stupidity of a political party
that actually thought it could concoct a scheme to lie about Donnie Trump, who is unpopular enough on his own, and remove him from the presidency is starting to all implode like an old building collapsing on itself.

 

Shiff is right about 1 thing, this is a very very sad day. Sad for the Democratic party that is. They got caught red handed trying to create a totalitarian government with the Justice Department management acting as it's enforcement arm. The liberal media covered for them when they got caught politicizing the IRS however I don't think they will be able to crawl their way out of this one. Trump has only been in office for one year and tremendous strides have been made for the average American of all races. Good economics equals a happy electorate. A happy electorate means happy incumbents. Trump still has another three years minimum to completely dissemble the frame work for the totalitarian globalist government that the last few administrations slipped into in place. With good economics on his side he stands a very good chance of a second term. Midterms are looking better and better for the GOP also.

I see good times for patriots and bad times for the traitors of Democracy. Just a suggestion but if you have any Democrat friends right now I would be making sure there are no sharp objects in their house.There will be some depressing days ahead for them.

Funny isn't it a large number of Democrats have refused read the Memo and the large majority of Republicans have read the Memo and little to none of the contents of the Memo has been revealed as of yet. I guess Schifty Schiff wasn't able to leak it so the LS media has been left in the dark.

 

Very strange. Pretty safe to speculate that its not good for dems.
