No one is trying to silence anyone. The point of the post is getting to the truth. You have said in your post that you're thankful for Fox News because it gives conservatives a voice. That's true, it does but the fact has also been pointed out that Fox is opinion, not news. You rail against the "left leaning" MSM yet at least they are reporting the factual news. Fox is unabashedly biased. You obviously agree with their slant but wrongly condemn other outlets that don't match your view as authoritarian and not allowing free speech.

Stevo, the thread is about nothing of the kind. The sites that will be reviewed for accuracy will not be shut down if they are found to be inaccurate. I mean, this isn't like Don saying he thinks libel laws need to be expanded so he can quiet his critics.

Well, that is still under investigation which is constantly pointed out to the right but if you're assertion is "there is no law against it", that's a problem. You're OK with a campaign working with a hostile country to undermine our democracy (actually, HAS undermined our democracy).

But..........the opening comments were based on my anticipation that the right wing sites listed will be among those routinely flagged for inaccuracy because of their track record. Those comments have nothing to do with the mission of the site.
