The left seems to be really denying the holocaust with these type of posts. They are trying to compare today's Republicans with the Nazis. There is no comparison between them. The Nazis killed 11 million people and tried to exterminate a race. The Republicans have pissed off some bed wetting liberals. Not even the same ball park.

 

Not now... but why don't you compare the current Trump administration to Hitler 513 days into his presidency (Approx June 1934)... He wasn't killing 11 million people then, but many could see the writing on the wall....

It is ignorant and demeaning to those that survived the holocaust to compare the USA, today to Nazi Germany in the 30's and 40's. President Trump is elected to a 4 year term. He does not wield 1/10th of the power that Adolf Hitler demonstrated. To even post such drivel makes it hard for someone to be taken seriously in a political forum. Tell a survivor of Aushwitz that Trump is like Hitler. Do you not remember how many times the left has triumphed as President Trump has failed to get Congress to pass the legislation that he is seeking?

I've never compared Trump directly to Hitler, although some have. But not to point out some of the parallels of this administration to the German 3rd Reich is to ignore history, and we all know what happens to those who ignore history, don't we?

 

Back on topic, sounds like the jail is trying to ensure Manafort's safety.. The LAST thing anybody wants (at this stage) is for Manafort to get attacked prior to his trials...
