    Not really, if you read the verdict and her reasoning it basically goes like this: "Okay, so the prosecution doesn't really have a strong case to prove this is a violation, but the law I cite here doesn't require me to give you a justification, it just requires that I 'presume' an offense has been committed."

    No one's kids are arrested. The negligent parents who illegally smuggled them are arrested. The kids have to be placed in facilities until their parents' illegal actions are accounted for.

    You blame this system, and place nothing on the illegal aliens smuggling children into the country when we have a process in place for easy legal migration

    Pardoning anyone involved with the administration while still in office could bite him in the butt. Once pardoned, that individual would not be able to use the 5th Amendment.

    Well they did say they were fleeing death threats from the cartels......so being in a warm space getting three meals a day with the total protection of the US government should be a total upgrade to their lives.........
