I can't speak for anyone else, but I, personally, hope the outcome is that Trump was just an ignorant, incompetent fool oblivious to the things smarter people around him we're doing. An enemy is an enemy because we are at war with another nation. SO, declare war and what trump did would fit.

We have waged economic war against russia, and cyber war. Stop being naive. But a state of war does not exist between us and them. A fact, as defined by the constitution.

Dershowitz went into this treason issue last week, for the umpteenth time. So, his knowledge is superior to your partisan driven comprehension. He is the expert, not you. I go with the experts and distrust anything that comes from a partisan. I have found so little integrity and honesty in partisans. I still listen to them, but once the ignorance comes forth, I have to move on. And I am moving on.

Mueller will still be spinning his wheels when Trump win reelection at this rate. Its a dead issue although many refuse to accept it. Investigations that last 2 plus years are not going anywhere.

The watergate investigation effectively was over by mid 74. It started after the 72 election. It achieved far more important results faster.

Strange, investigations that take that long are going nowhere...or, at least I heard that somewhere.

And Mueller's investigation, is of course, much more complex and far reaching than the watergate investigation. Mueller only wishes he had to tackle something so limited in scope.

 

That sums things up.

 

If you think what Mueller has done in anyway compares to the Judicial and legislative investigations that were Watergate we will have to disagree. Its like comparing an ant to an elephant. ten years from now when Watergate is well known the Mueller investigation will be a forgotten footnote
