    Pass out drunk is something that happens without your control.

    I think the SCOTUS has already ruled that someone can't be held responsible for their actions when they have no control over their actions like while passed out drunk or in a stage of not knowing what's going on and what they are doing.

    14 year old little girls can get sh!t faced on just one beer and go into heat.

    As many people who have said he was a drunk said he was outstanding good person. So your point is moot.

    First off he was the top of his class at a prestigious highschool. Do you remember the smartest kid in your high school? They are never the party animals but the book worms.

    Have you gone through law school? I have and I can tell you it is highly intense. There is little time for going out, esp if you get a clerkship. And he went to one of the best one in the Country and graduated with honors!

    Obama is a drug addict, he said it himself. I was in N.J. when obama attended Columbia and I have friends who saw him do unspeakable things, same thing with Clinton. I said it so it must be true.

    Hitler's contemporaries and associates also said good things about him.

    How appropriate is this in regard to Trump and his nominee Kavanaugh: "Hitler gained popular support by attacking the Treaty of Versailles and promoting Pan-Germanism, anti-semitism and anti-communism with charismatic oratory and Nazi propaganda. He frequently denounced international capitalism and communism as part of a Jewish conspiracy."

    One would think that someone, as in your case that can spot, claim and accuse posters of lying and liars that logically you would be somewhat less gullible when it comes to Leftist propaganda..

    Actually, verifiable truths are not required. This is not a death penalty legal case. It is a job interview

    In a job unterview, if you call people who know the candidate....and many of those people say bad things, then in most cases the candidate will not be hired

    The issue is NOT binge drinking, it is telling the truth under oath.

    Also several people have alleged that while binge drinking k has committed some disgusting acts.
    It is a job interview, not a trial. So due process is not relevant.

    If any of that is true, then apparently sobriety is highly over-rated in the judiciary. You can be a blackout drunk and regarded as one of the best legal minds and opinion writers in the country. Is that the case you are making?
