    Nikki Haley's departure is the best thing that has happened to the UN in living memory.

    Nikki Haley's legacy: a poison barb delivered at Russia, and other intemperate shouting rants at the UN.

    In a forum dedicated to peaceful coexistence among nations, Haley spews hate.

    Haley became a shrew in the UN with frequent hateful comments and outbursts.

    Haley expressed more love for Israel than she did for the US or any of it's allies.

    Haley didn't "become a shrew", it's just unlike Obama who went there on an apology tour, Ms. Haley went there with conviction and integrity to stand up for US interests.

    Correction: She went to stand up for Israel's interests and create a forum for her unmanaged anger at the world.

    She has resigned because she can't accept payoffs while a public servant and the payoffs are about to hit her bank account.

    I will concur with you there. I'm not necessarily an anti-semite, but I'm not a fan of the Israeli State which I believe has had a hegemony over US governments for the last several decades now. I also believe however, because of the samson option and the wild dog mentality of the Israelis that if we didn't overly back them, we'd risk a nuclear war in the middle east.

    Basically, Israel is 'barely stable' and that's a huge improvement over the rest of the crap in that region.
