The problem with these Proud Boys was predicted over a year ago by a poster on this very forum, and it was as a result of a few here approving of attacks against Trump supporters. The gist of the post - and I wish I could remember who said it - was that you'd start seeing the left changing their tune once right-wing mobs appeared and started copying what the left was doing. Sure enough, you're starting to see it now.

I don't particularly like it, but that's what happens when you normalize, accept, and cheer on physical force against people whose crime is political disagreement.
