Everyone can't afford bottled water. I drink tap water most of the time. I make my coffee and tea with it, and drink ice water too. I only buy a few bottles of water each month because I can't afford it for everything.

Atrazine causes male frogs to develop eggs.

That is freaking crazy stuff and we are spraying it on corn fields that runoff into the groundwater that feeds drinking water supplies.

Or, buy organic products and stop supporting industrial ag.

Regulations are not enough. The Clean Water Act did a lot to clean up industrial sources of water pollution, but does very little to regulate agricultural runoff.

We have to take this into our own hands. Start buying organic foods. Even Walmart has a good selection of organic USDA certified products, and they only cost a little more. It's worth it.

Bottled water is essentially just tap water you are paying for. Sometimes it can actually be worse than tap.

I do, but only because it's well water rather than city water, which never seems to taste right. Otherwise, the clean stuff on tap at the grocery store is the way to go, but still a burden in terms of labor and expense that could be avoided with responsible environmental protection.

Water in the US is filthy. 'Toilet to tap' is what many of you drink. All the meds people take are pissed out and then the municipalities draw from that same water for your drinking water.

Here are the photos of what is in your water. Cover both coasts and mid America.

Well, I hope it's from a "reputable" source, because depending on the bottler (especially grocery chains), tap water and spring water are practically interchangeable.

    Click on their name.....

I find it amazing that you can't trust your drinking water.

Here in east TN the tap water is very clean, but it is fluoridated. I don't care for that element being in my water.

As an individual consumer I try to by organic foods. It costs a little more, not much, and it is worth it.

As a species, we need to adapt our agricultural methods to significantly reduce inputs such as fertilizer and pesticides. Also we need to get rid of the concentrated feedlots that result in rainwater runoff from manure ponds.

There are ways this can be done that are profitable, and they are being implemented in many places.

The water is fine. Someone finds one part per trillion of a chemical in the water and we get hysteria.

No hysteria, just raising concerns. But, the water is not fine.

Seriously? You want to be a science teacher and you believe in "chemtrails"?

What the hell do they teach you? That science is anything you read on the internet?
