    Which totally avoids the truth. Legislation is often passed that is later, sometimes decades later, is considered unconstitutional.

    Until it is declared unconstitutional it is presumed constitutional.

    No, it is presumed legal, not constitutional. Natural rights are protected FROM government.

    Education was never a right. Only those that do not understand what rights are would say it was.

    And society forms a government which Grant's the right. I think we are saying the same thing. Rights come from the people.

    Governments don’t grant rights.

    Yes. What society says they want. Government doesn’t grant them. They codify them in the law

    I would argue against that. We have voted and agreed that government (mostly local) will provide primary education. But it is not something government must provide except under laws we have passed. If we change the law, you are on your own. But government will not prevent you from sending your girls to a Catholic school at your own expense. Once your kid graduates from 12th grade you are on your own again. If you want to go to med school, government is not charged with giving you another 8-12 years of education. It is a bit like the Interstate Highway system. It is not a "right" government must provide, but we all agreed we would pass a law to provide those highways. If you commute between Laramie and Custer, you can't sue that there is no interstate between them. They didn't violate your rights.

    The government is required to give every child in America a free and appropriate education up until at least the age of 18. Those are the limits of that right....but the right can not be denied to any child

    a "privilege" is something that can be taken away by the government

    There is no such thing as a "right".

    There are things that society agrees you can have but that's about it.

    There is nothing written in the cosmos guaranteeing you anything.

    Put it this way.

    There are only two people in the world and one man says he wants to kill the other man.

    The other man says, "no you can't, I have a right to life".

    The first man says, "no you don't".

    What does the other man say to prove that he does?

    Without another person there to back him up (society) then that right does not exist.
