We can’t be sure unless some biblical scholar re-interprets the usage of ‘head’ in the original as some other part of the anatomy.
I think your confusing posts as this one is one you replied too but as to the other post, how many guys you know wanting a guy to kiss them and rub oil on either head.. unless they are gay or bi that is
In principle, yes, unless the people have a monopoly on the goods. I don't think, for example, that the only boat seller in town should deny boats to blacks, for racial reasons, during a catastrophic flood. Of course, he can invoke the "right to choose his customers", but government always has inherent police power to save lives, so they can seize the boats if they compensate the owner. Same with food. If you have the only warehouse in the county and people are starving, one way or the other you are going to open the doors to everyone. This is not an easy problem, but fortunately people tend to help out in crises. There were no claims of discrimination in the rescue of victims during hurricane Katrina.
I wrote a bunch of posts to you explaining how discrimination constitutes harm when it involves denial of service when it involves goods or services. If a gay couple happened to be driving through the country and got a flat tire in a small town with only one service station- and the local repairman refused to fix their car or sell them a new tire. Should this be legal ?
Oh please. How is that supposed to work? How in the hell would the repairman know they were gay unless they told them. In reality, this kind of discrimination does not exist. If it did, you would be able to provide at least a SINGLE example. You can't. The only examples you can find are ones that involve Christians being forced to participate in events that violate their religious convictions. Prove me wrong.
There was this guy from San Francisco driving through Mississippi oncet who got hisself a flat tire and he calls Goober and said "Goober come fix my gay tire" and Goober says "do whut?" and the guy says "I say come fix this here gay tire" and Goober says "No, Jesus told me not to fix no gay tars." Guy says "I said "tire," not "tar." Goober says "Boy, are you makin' fun 'a me?" Next thing you know they're in court.

No actual biblical reference is needed.
The problem with jumping into a conversation without reading what that conversation is about is that you end up saying silly things. Prove me wrong
2 and 4 prove me wrong. I am a little surprised. We have a lesbian couple living next door to us and we get along better with them than any of our other neighbors. I am kind of indifferent about homosexuality although it is very important to many Christian conservatives (including my parents). There has never been a better time to be gay in America than today. When Islam takes over, that will come to an abrupt and violent end. Check out Great Britain where violent anti-LGBT attacks rose 80% in the past 4 years and where the majority of Muslims support banning homosexuality. You are importing an ideology that will eventually erase everything that you have gained over the past century. By all means, expend all your time and resources in fighting these little mom&pop shops because I am sure that will secure your rights in the future...... not. Demographics will dictate your rights and the demographics of the future look positively dire for gay people in the West.
Why not? He has a much relevance as the Christian god and much more history. Change Zeus to the Flying Spaghetti Monster then.
There is a police detective not less than an hour from where I live that is calling for the government to round up and execute gay people. I am not sure where you have gotten the misinformation that they are treated equally — they are not. Especially in the South. I am not importing anything so I don’t know what you are referring to. The world in general is moving more towards orientation being irrelevant — as it should be — the only thing holding it back are people that believe in magical invisible sky aliens.
Looks real enough to me and is recognized in numerous countries. Or are you dictating religious thought now? Can the government suddenly decide Christianity is no longer valid? Fascinating
Actually, it does. "But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother; and shall cleave to his wife. And they two shall be in one flesh. Therefore now they are not two, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. And in the house again his disciples asked him concerning the same thing. And he saith to them: Whosoever shall put away his wife and marry another, committeth adultery against her." Mark 10:6-11
So adultery is actually worse as it was directly mentioned while than same sex marriage was not. An omnipotent god would have seen same sex relations and at least mentioned it... don’t you think? Should a baker have to bake a cake for a second marriage? Should a doctor be able to refuse treatment of someone in their second marriage?
See 9A. Might say a million things about marriage, but nowhere in it is "gay marriage" codified as law.
There's a possibility it was mentioned. The scriptures say that not all of what Jesus taught was written down. My guess is the author thought this idea was so unthinkable, that it wasn't written down. The idea of marriage at that time was a place to take care of children from a union. Same sex marriage in no way does that, at least not without another person assisting.
It specifically mentions man and woman, and that they become one. It doesn't mention man and man or woman and woman. It's pretty clear, unless you are reading for obfuscation, instead of comprehension.
So now we have moved from what religious texts say to assuming what god — the creator of the universe, knower of all things — omitted because he couldn’t see it eventually becoming reality? Yeh, that makes perfect sense!
